During that time, Saqr played a pivotal role in shaping the official government blockchain strategy of Dubai, and his contributions included co-authoring the first IBM blockchain for government methodology, setting the stage for mass adoption in the public sector.
Saqr also led transformative projects in 23 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, collaborating with esteemed clients such as DHL, Shell, Airtel, and Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority (RTA).
His expertise also extended to the healthcare sector, where he advised major hospital conglomerates and facilitated the establishment of the National Health Lab for Emerging Technology for the Saudi Arabian Government.
Fast forward to today and Saqr has led Crypto Oasis Ventures to become the fastest growing blockchain ecosystem globally. With over 1,800 organisations identified, Crypto Oasis fosters innovation and collaboration across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and government.
