Style & Substance
If you’ve been watching London Real for a few months or years now you’ll know that I love to breakdance. So I was really excited to talk to Menno Van Gorp, who just won the Red Bull BC One championship.
Also known as B-Boy Menno, he is an All-Star Breakdance champion, painter, entrepreneur and clothing designer from Holland.
Menno has been “breaking” since he was twelve years old, and has spent the last 20 years creating a style that’s earned him a reputation as one of the most unique and original B-Boys in the game.
3x Red Bull BC One World Champion
He’s competed in events all over the world, winning countless awards, and recently became the first person to win the BC One Championship three times.
I love this dance and sport, and I know you’re going to enjoy this episode. Don’t sleep on breaking as these guys are some of the best athletes in the world.
