It seems oddly poetic that exactly one year after hosting Dave Asprey, the Bulletproof Executive, on London Real that he would turn the tables on me and pose some of the very exact questions I asked him to me on his podcast Bulletproof Radio. For a guy like me that sits in the driver’s seat twice a week, 100 times a year here at London Real studios, the experience was a lot like hiring a chauffeur for the day and enjoying the scenery on a picturesque drive in the country.
I could get used to being the guest on more podcasts! You can tell I had a fun time.

Dave Asprey – The Bulletproof Executive
The Bulletproof Executive Dave Asprey drops by to explain how his Bulletproof Coffee is free of mycotoxins and assists intermittent fasting, why he believes vegans are responsible for killing animals too, how he’s always been upfront about his use of the anti-narcolepsy drug Modafinil, and why he optimises everything in his life for one factor, performance.
Dave has been wasting little time with Bulletproof Executive Radio churning out 2 episodes per week and featuring some of the greatest minds in bio-hacking, nutrition, performance, and well-being (Mine is Episode #121 !!). How do I fit into that group? Great question! Tune in to find out if I can cut the mustard in such a stacked peer group.
Big thanks to Dave Asprey and everyone at Bulletproof Executive, we’re huge fans at London Real of your ethos, vibe, and amazing products.
