Cryptocurrency Influencer & Investor

From Grocery Store to Global Influence

Carl “The Moon” Runefelt is one of the most recognisable figures in crypto today—known for his unapologetic belief in Bitcoin, his larger-than-life personality, and a journey that embodies the true power of mindset.

Only a few years ago, Carl was working as a cashier in Sweden, disillusioned with the life he was living. It wasn’t money or luck that changed things—it was clarity of vision and an unshakable belief in what was possible. Through crypto, YouTube, and the law of attraction, Carl built a global empire from scratch.

Today, he returns to London Real to talk about how he did it, why Bitcoin is the only safe haven in a crumbling financial system, and what it really takes to escape the matrix.

Bitcoin as the New Financial Lifeboat

Carl doesn’t mince words when it comes to the current state of the global economy. He sees a financial meltdown on the horizon—and believes Bitcoin is the Noah’s Ark that can carry those prepared across the floodwaters.

His thesis is simple: fiat is broken, central banks are lying to you, and the average person has no idea what’s coming. The only way to hedge against the coming storm? Educate yourself, accumulate Bitcoin, and hold on for dear life.

“You don’t need the fiat system. If the whole world dumped it tomorrow, we’d be thinking in Bitcoin.”

The Law of Attraction in Action

For Carl, crypto wasn’t just a financial opportunity—it was a spiritual one. He credits much of his success to the law of attraction, daily visualisation, and surrounding himself with people who shared his goals. Whether it’s flying his Bugatti to Paris in a $700,000 private jet or backing over 400 crypto startups, everything Carl has achieved was first imagined in vivid detail.

What might look like luck is actually the result of years of focused intention. He watched videos of others living the life he wanted—and then made it his reality.

“I didn’t get jealous—I got motivated.”

More Than a YouTuber

While most people know Carl for his market predictions and Bitcoin commentary, his involvement in crypto goes far deeper. He’s a prolific investor, philanthropist, and advocate for decentralised finance.

Through his channel, he educates millions on how to navigate market cycles, avoid fear-based decisions, and build long-term wealth. And through his investments, he’s helping shape the next generation of Web3 projects that could change how we live, work, and build wealth.

Carl’s approach is all about long-term conviction. In a space dominated by hype and panic, he’s stayed consistent—and that’s where the real wins come from.

“People say I was lucky to buy Bitcoin at $3,000—but they forget what it felt like when everyone was calling you crazy.”

Why This Episode Matters

In a world of uncertainty, Carl Runefelt offers a rare kind of clarity. His story is a blueprint for anyone who wants more out of life but doesn’t know where to start. Whether you’re deep in the crypto space or just waking up to the illusion of fiat systems, this conversation will hit hard.

This isn’t just another crypto success story. It’s a mindset shift. It’s a roadmap. And it’s a call to action.

“If you don’t hold Bitcoin, how do you even sleep at night?”

4:30 You believe that Bitcoin is the Noah’s Ark in the economic flood that is coming, and a hedge against a failing financial system built on debt and manipulation. You’ve said that Bitcoin is getting ready for a huge resurgence, and that altcoin season and the bull market are delayed, not cancelled. You’re also passionate about giving back, actively supporting charities for children with Down syndrome and other disabilities. Carl, welcome to London Real in Dubai.

4:57 Thank you so much, Brian. A pleasure. This is our third time, I guess, now. I sincerely believe you are the best interviewer that I’ve engaged with, so happy to be here again. Dude, I’m pumped. Our previous two were remote, so this is the first time in the flesh, and we’re going to crush it. So, look, I got to start and zoom way out. I mean, let’s just get everybody up to speed. It was November 2018. You’re working as a supermarket cashier in Sweden.

5:24 I’ve seen the photos. You had a picture of a private jet on your phone for inspiration that your co-workers used to make fun of, all right? Fast forward to today. Next month, you’re flying a private jet to Paris, but you’re also going to fly your Bugatti Supercar in the hole alongside with you. Carl, how is this even remotely possible?

5:47 So, I mean, if I go back to when I was in the supermarket, that was a time when I was very confused about who I wanted to be or who I was, and I felt like I was not really, you know, doing something with my life that I could feel proud of. And I also had this bad sensation of my parents were disappointed in me, and that was one of the triggers for me to feel like I need to do something with my life. Like, I don’t want my parents to look at me with disappointment. I want them to look at me and feeling that they’re proud, you know? Like, I think everyone has that feeling, right? And I used that feeling and made a change. I was like, you know, I have to now do something about it. So, long story short, I started to research online about, you know, visualization, law of attraction. I even felt like that information about the law of attraction and about visualization, it was like getting pushed to me, actually. Like, I was seeing, you know, science and seeing, you know, it was like my intuition or science and and nudges from the universe that I have to look into that. And I felt like that should be the answer. So, the moment I realized that this seems to be the answer, I just researched everything about the law of attraction, quantum physics, how everything is just energy. And I realized that everything is energy. The world, our bodies, our thoughts, our words, our feelings, our actions and our beliefs, everything is energy and energy will attract like energy. So, I realized

7:38 That what I had to do is I need to change my energy in order to change my world. So, I was sitting in a supermarket as a cashier and I knew that I can actually, almost like quantum jump, you could say, into a future where I can be whoever I want. And what I was visualizing was being wealthy, being healthy, being free, flying around the world in private jets because that was always one of my dreams, having crazy supercars like Bugatti’s, which has always been also my dream car since I was a kid. And I realized that all of these things that are in the future, they’re just energy and they’re just waiting for me to attract them or to accept them. They already exist. It’s not like I have to… People make it seem like it’s a mountain to climb, but the moment you feel like that, that’s when it becomes hard. But with the law of attraction, if you feel like you deserve something or you believe that you will get something and you feel like you already have it by being grateful maybe for all the things you have, then you put out an energy into the world that will attract that reality. So, that’s what I was doing, long story short, basically. And yeah, three years after quitting my grocery store job, I did buy my Bugatti Veyron, my dream car, and that was such a big moment for me. That was incredible. It just made it feel like I can do anything. And that helps me also then visualize and conquer new goals because I knew that if I can do that, I can do anything.

9:31 And I also know that everyone can do it because I was in the supermarket, I didn’t have money available or any network, no connections. At least nothing that I could use for what I eventually did, which was crypto. So, if I can go from there to there, then yeah, anyone can do it. And it all starts in the mind and the energy that we have. So, it’s almost like these things where they’re waiting for you and they’re just waiting for you to change the state of the energy and then they flow right to you.

10:03 Yeah, exactly. So, I would say this, there is a perfect future for everyone out there, where we are our best version of ourselves, and that future is just waiting for us to accept it. We have to accept the destiny and choose to attract it. And it is there. So, I think everyone has these different versions of realities that are just dormant until we accept them.

10:34 And if you never change your vibrational energy to accept it, then we will always keep in the autopilot default reality, which is usually very nine to five or like hamster wheel or anxiety and just normal day stresses that keeps us in a perpetual loop of negative thinking. And that is actually also a very important point that you can, of course, use the law of attraction for good. But if you’re not using it at all, then at least it will still be using you because if you keep negative thoughts and normal thoughts and just think about your normal life, then you will attract more of that because those thoughts have energy. So, actually, the law of attraction is gravity. It’s not something you believe in or not. It’s there. It’s more like a radio. Are you tuned in or are you tuned out? So, it’s very important to be mindful of the words we use and the thoughts we think and the actions we take because it’s all going to completely choose the reality we live in. You’re attracting a new reality every single day.

11:48 You need to be conscious of it and try to attract something high energy, something beautiful, some dream. Or if you’re not careful, you’re attracting the same or worse if you’re engaged in all these self-deprecating thoughts and negative energies. You’re just taking yourself even further down, but it’s happening regardless. Yeah, exactly. We have those friends that everyone knows someone who always complains like, oh, I’m so tired. I woke up so tired today.

12:14 Oh, I have to go to my job. I hate my job. All these words, it literally creates the reality that we’re in. Even when I was in the supermarket, I was always, when I went to the supermarket, I was thinking, okay, I’m happy to go to the supermarket. I came into the supermarket and I said hi to my employees, not my employees, but my colleagues in a very friendly way, like a happy way. In the morning, some people come, hello, how are you? I was like, hey, what’s up, guys? To bring that vibe. Then my time there was actually pleasant. I enjoyed working there on a day-to-day basis because I was using my thoughts and my mindset to get by. Then obviously long-term, I knew that for my soul to feel really happy and free, I need to do something more extraordinary. Even the small mundane day-to-day tasks can be made into something more fun. It could be also going to the gym. Instead of saying, oh, I have to go to the gym. It’s like, yes, I get to go to the gym today. These words and feelings are very important. I got to interview the woman who made the movie The Secret, Londa Byrne, I think is her name. She told me about the making of it and how it was crazy. They were almost coming off budget, but she had the whole crew not thinking that way, just thinking positive. She said the quickest hack for attracting money and success is to be happy. She’s like, if you want a hack, you want the one word and you don’t want to read the whole book, be happy. You just said

13:52 The same thing. It’s interesting because that state, that energy alone, is probably going to get you 10 times further than everybody else. I think maybe some people will be triggered like, oh, how can I be happy now when I feel so sad? I think the easiest way to be happy in the moment is actually to start with gratitude. Gratitude, we all can practice it. It’s actually easier than we think because sure, maybe someone might say that, oh, they’re so poor, they have a bad situation. But even in that situation, probably this person still has running water, probably still has a warm shower, still probably can afford to have food on the table, hopefully. Even if that’s not the case, there’s always something we can find to be grateful of. Maybe at least your parents are alive, your sisters are alive. There’s something you can sit down and reflect and think, I am so grateful for that thing. That feeling is actually a feeling of abundance because when we are grateful for even the smallest thing, it’s an energy of I have instead of I have not.

15:00 I think that is probably the key to the happiness and that will actually help us then attract even more greatness. And speaking of that, I think that many people are always looking for happiness in the future. And when they think like this, it’s very hard to be happy in the moment, right? Because we’re chasing happiness. But actually, I think we should always realize that happiness, it should happen now. It should be really right now. And we have things available to us to feel happy. And then we just need to work with that to then attract more things. And then eventually, when you come into your true self and you’re attracting your best version of yourself, sure, you’re going to have even more things to be happy about. But it has to start now, you know? I think that’s very important. I think that’s important. And if people struggle with that, I would say there’s so many people that achieve their goal and are disappointed, you know? The guy gets the gold medal and he never practices the sport again. You know, you finally make your ex and you realize it wasn’t what you thought. And so you, wherever you are right now, with the dream, the dream itself, the place where you don’t have what you want, but you can see maybe getting there and you’re putting everything in line and you’re keeping your discipline up, that is something you might not even have when you get to the destination. So you want to be happy to have a dream, you know, that’s not yet fulfilled.

16:30 And so just having that is also something to be grateful for. Your fingers, your toes, your food, and a dream that you’re passionate about. Yeah, I’m very well said. I think that’s so true. I think the journey itself is more fulfilling than the goal itself. 100%. I think the happiest time I ever had was actually in the very beginning of my journey. Even actually maybe like supermarket days when I made the decision, like, I’m going to change my life, you know? It made me so happy knowing that I was taking control of my life again.

17:02 And then seeing those first progress, starting to make some money, you know, this first initial success of like transformation, that made me so happy. Now, when I’m used to many things, certain things I need to like remind myself to be happy about it. And I realized that we get used to things very fast, right? So, you know, yeah, day one of having the Bugatti, I was euphoric, you know? Right now, it’s becoming, let’s say, more like daily life. But I would say, always like being in a perpetual energy of transformation and always wanting to become better and more and not necessarily money, but just like, could be learning a new skill. And I know that you are doing a lot of like, new skills to learning dancing, like breakdancing, like, I think these things keeps us on our toes and keeps our mind engaged and keeps us from becoming bored and depressed. I think we need to always become better. And I think that’s the journey that makes us happy. That’s what I feel. So it’s like that concept of beginner’s mind, where, you know, you basically suck at what you’re doing, and you’re constantly faced with your own failure, but you’re learning at this massive rate. And that’s kind of an exciting time to be alive. But also, you’re getting feedback that you’re not very good at it. But it’s something, if we can always keep ourselves in that state, then we’re constantly curious and constantly trying to get better. That’s kind of where I am at with Law of Attraction.

18:36 So about three years ago, I went to one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s workshops. I’d known him for years. I’d interviewed him in this setting, but I’d never been to one of his shows. And this was like a seven-day, 2,500 people, and Joe’s in the front all day, him. And I couldn’t believe what he was doing. But he got me into this walking meditation that I do pretty much every day, Carl. And I started attracting things. Before that, I was this grind, grind, grind type of guy. And the results have been incredible, you know, really incredible.

19:10 Yeah, I think that’s the cool thing with the Law of Attraction. It will surprise ourselves even. I think the Law of Attraction and the universe can push us to do things we never thought we could do in the first place. Because I was visualizing a lot of the stuff that I have today, but many things are even greater than what I visualized. The universe really rewards you when you take that step. So I’m very happy about it, and it completely changed my life.

19:42 It’s funny, because I went to MIT, right, which is probably one of the best technical institutions in the world. And, you know, there’s no Law of Attraction course there. You know, it’s thermodynamics, and it’s physics, and it’s material science. And so maybe it’s a bit more of a leap for me, but I’m also an engineer.

20:46 And an engineer looks at what works and does it more. And so I don’t know why it works.

21:03 I can’t explain how it works, but I know it works. And so once I find something that works, I just try to double and triple up on it. And that’s what I’m doing. And then sometimes I’m thinking, is it working? And then I’m like, bro, look at all these amazing people that have come into your life this week with these crazy opportunities.

21:18 Of course, it’s working, dummy. Keep doing it and keep being careful. And I was always one of those guys that would say, once I get this, I’ll be happy. Once I get the job, I’ll be happy. Once I get the millions, I’ll be happy.

21:29 And now I’m trying to always remind myself, no, now is the time to be happy. And but for me, it’s a constant reminder. And I have to constantly try to stay grateful. Yeah, I think we all struggle with that. Even myself, everyone thinks maybe I have it all figured out now.

21:43 But sometimes I also struggle. I have to remind myself as well to be happy sometimes. Sometimes I get annoyed with things I should just not get annoyed with. I think we’re all human. But that constant reminder is very good.

21:54 And actually, I think it’s very good to have a routine. So I, to this day, ever since 2015, when I started doing these visualization techniques, every day I tell myself, at least for two minutes per day, I tell myself, I am happy. I am rich. I am successful. I am proud of myself.

22:15 I love myself. I love my life. I have this. I have that. All these different things.

22:21 Just for two, three minutes per day, at least. Sometimes I get carried away. I’ll sit there for 10 minutes. But just two minutes, that’s all we need. Because that’s a powerful, energetic moment where you’re saying these powerful, powerful, potent, energetic words that send this message out to the universe.

22:39 And it just reprograms our subconscious mind. And that’s how we unlock the power of the love attraction. Because the subconscious mind cannot actually tell what’s true or false, or what’s happening or not happening. So if you say, I am happy, the subconscious mind will actually take that as a fact. And same if you say, I am tired, it’s also going to take it as a fact.

23:07 And it’s going to actually change your whole environment and your body. So very important to reprogramming our subconscious mind, because that’s going to flush out the bad and in with good, and which will then be the basis for our manifestation. So that’s very, very important. So yeah, two minutes per day. Let’s not make it too complicated.

23:33 People think it’s going to be so tough and complicated. They have to sit and meditate for one hour every day. It’s not so hard. I never did visualization for one hour in my life. Maybe maximum five, 10 minutes.

23:48 I’m good friends with Robert Kiyosaki. He wrote the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. And he always says, Brian, the words become flesh. That’s what he said. The words become flesh.

23:56 Do your thoughts become words? Words become flesh. And most people would never compliment themselves that much. Matter of fact, with social media, almost every image you scroll by, there’s someone doing better than you. And so it’s really easy to get into a rut like, I don’t have the Bugatti.

24:11 I don’t have the girl. I don’t have the jet. I don’t have whatever. And your mind just will easily focus on that. Rarely is there a time where you’re like, wow, I’m amazing.

24:19 I’m happy. I’m rich and whatever. And so 99.9% of the people out there never probably have two minutes, maybe in their life, where they say that. And that’s probably the results they get. Exactly.

24:30 Yeah, because when people focus on what they don’t have, then that’s a feeling of lack, not abundance. So it’s the exact opposite of what they should be doing. And they attract more of it. Exactly. So then you just get more of lack.

24:43 So yeah, it’s a bad cycle that people are stuck in. But it’s because no one ever told them. So hopefully people watching this now will get reminded and actually change their routine and just incorporate two minutes per day. That’s all I’m saying. OK.

24:55 I like that. I’m going to start doing that too. So thank you. So law of attraction came first before crypto. And also I’m curious, how did crypto come on your radar?

25:03 And is crypto an energy as well that’s very much linked to that law of attraction? Interesting question. So I mean, first of all, yes, I did my law of attraction practices before I even knew that Bitcoin existed. So I clearly attracted that reality of myself being that crypto guy, because I had no clue that that even existed. And I’m very happy about that.

25:29 I found passion for Bitcoin and crypto, especially Bitcoin, because I feel like Bitcoin is an important thing for humanity, because it’s a freedom of money for people. It’s people’s money, because the money people use today, which is not really money. It’s more like bank currency. That’s the banker’s money. They create it out of thin air.

25:52 They can print it with a button on their computer. And by doing so, they inflate the supply and steal actually money from the holder in the bank account, because that’s dilution. That devalues, debases the currency and devalues our purchasing power. So that’s an evil system controlled by, in my opinion, a very evil cabal of bankers. And up until Bitcoin, the only solution would be gold, but the problem with gold is that it’s amazing in almost every single way, but it’s not digital.

26:32 So in a world where we live today, like in the past few decades, we’ve built a digital world. So most of our society transacts and works online. So gold becomes not the best solution then. Better than the fiat system, yes, in terms of freedom of money, but it’s not so efficient. So Bitcoin has everything that gold has, but it’s also digital.

26:57 And that’s the key. Bitcoin is like gold, but digital. So it’s actually better gold than gold itself, in my opinion. And that’s why the moment I heard about Bitcoin, I stopped buying anything else. I just put all my money in Bitcoin, all my grocery store money.

27:15 And then I started my YouTube channel. I started educating people, started making money from sponsorships and affiliate links. And I started really building a capital with Bitcoin. And every money I made, every single, everything went to Bitcoin. So I was just accumulating, accumulating.

27:32 And it felt so good knowing that I’m taking a big leap against the banks. Not only am I taking my money from the banks and putting it into Bitcoin, but I’m also inspiring other people to do the same. And the more people that buy Bitcoin, the less power the banks will have. We’re still early. So right now, Bitcoin is very, very early, but I want more and more people to take that step because it’s like a vote.

28:03 Buying Bitcoin, it’s a vote against the banks. So I feel like it’s my responsibility to not keep money in the banks because I don’t want to give them that power. I have a little bit only because I, of course, have to do some, you know, pay salaries to employees or buy certain insurances, whatever it could be. But everything else, I keep it in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, and that makes me happy. And actually, many people ask me when I talk to them, like the people outside the crypto, they ask, like, Carl, you have all this money in Bitcoin.

28:35 Like, how do you sleep at night? And I tell them, well, that’s how I sleep at night, you know? Because if I was like you and had all my money in the bank, and the bank controls my money, and they have to ask me questions when I withdraw or when I’m sending money somewhere, like I have to like send them papers. Like, no, that does not make me sleep at night. Well, let’s talk about that because most of us are taught as kids, probably still today, to save your money, save your pennies and put it in the bank.

29:03 If you’re taught anything about money, I mean, as Robert Kiyosaki would say, schools teach us to be poor. And they don’t usually don’t even teach us anything about money, which is crazy because it’s something you use more than chemistry and Chinese history and all the other stuff they’re teaching us. That’s a whole nother conspiracy theory. But most people think, I saved my money, I put it in the bank. But as you said, there’s inflation, there’s taxation, there’s money printing.

29:28 And how do you explain to a normal person that their money’s being stolen from them? And the worst thing, Carl, is that it happens to the lower income people, more so than the wealthier people. Wealthier people know maybe I buy assets like real estate or gold. If you’re a lower income person, you get a bigger check during COVID, or you get more benefits. You think, oh, this is good for me.

29:48 When in fact, it’s actually even worse for you. But how do you get people to understand that? Because we grew up in a world of fiat currency. I think it was Terence McKenna that once said, I don’t know who discovered water, but it certainly wasn’t a fish. And we’re kind of born into this matrix of fiat money when in fact, it’s kind of all a lie.

30:06 And when you see Bitcoin, you can see it’s a lie because it’s a parallel universe like in Star Trek. But before Bitcoin existed, it’s very hard to get people to see it. Yeah, so basically, this mentality of saving money is something that, of course, comes from decades, decades ago when the money was gold. When it really made sense to acquire money, hold it and put it away because in the future, you might need it for something else, right? That’s quite basic.

30:34 That’s how money should work. But for that, you need something called hard money, which is gold. And Bitcoin and anything else which is hard to produce more of. Easy money, which is fiat currency, which could be the dollar, could be any other national currency. They are not backed up by anything and they are easy to produce.

30:57 They are easily dilutable and the supply expands when they print more. So easy money, hard money. And if you want to save your money into something, it has to be hard money because then you know that the supply is somewhat protected over time because it costs money to produce more of it or time or energy, like gold, for example. It will cost you time and effort to mine gold from the earth. That’s how that works.

31:30 That’s why you don’t find gold laying around all around. You can’t just go pick up gold from the streets like this because then it would be easy money. So that’s the difference between gold and then fiat money. And when you look at Bitcoin, for example, not only is it hard money because you can’t produce more of it above 21 million. You can still mine Bitcoin until 21 million but up until that point, then it stops.

31:58 So Bitcoin not only is hard money but actually, in my opinion, I would like to consider the hardest money in the universe because there’s nothing else in this world which is that absolutely finite. Everything else can technically be produced more of it. So gold still has a small inflation every year. You still see people buying more gold but it’s still so small that it protects the value. It’s a very controlled inflation.

32:31 But even with gold, if the gold price starts surging, let’s say like it is right now, then in fact, it will be more profitable for people to mine more and that should actually increase the supply a little bit faster so the inflation goes up and then it could correct the price and make it a little bit harder to keep going up in price. With Bitcoin, that can never happen because no matter what the price of Bitcoin does, Bitcoin will never go above 21 million and with Bitcoin mining, there is something called the difficulty adjustment which is an automatic difficulty adjustment. So if Bitcoin goes up in price and it becomes more profitable to mine, the algorithm itself, like without any human involvement, it will automatically adjust and make it more difficult or less difficult to mine to adjust for the new demand or the new price meaning that it’s self-perpetual, self-fulfilling or self-regulating, let’s say.

33:36 Self-regulating. So it’s a beautiful invention and blockchain, which Bitcoin is the first blockchain, it’s a genius way of creating a platform where people can store wealth independently without human involvement or human trust and you can be 100% sure that that’s going to remain there. You don’t have to be afraid of dilution or such things. So it’s a beautiful thing and I think it’s maybe the most important thing that people should learn about is Bitcoin and how to secure their wealth.

34:13 And speaking of energy, which is your second question there, everything is energy, like I said, and including money. So when it comes to hard money and easy money, hard money is good at containing monetary energy while easy money is bad in containing the monetary energy because when you have a bucket with a hole, it will just keep flowing out, right? You need to have a bucket which is contained where you put something in and it doesn’t exit, right? So that’s Bitcoin.

34:48 You put monetary energy inside, it stays. No one will take it from you. Then of course, due normal supply and demand, like you have sometimes demand will go up because, you know, Trump tweets about it or something happens. There is some kind of economic crisis. Demand can go up and then the price can go up a lot and then it can go down again.

35:09 But that’s just pure supply and demand. It has nothing to do with the debasement of the currency itself. So that’s a big difference. And you will always have volatility with all new interesting things. So Bitcoin will be volatile for the next 10, 20 years probably.

35:26 I welcome it. I’m fine with it. But people just need to learn what it truly is. And when they know what Bitcoin is, they will stop thinking so much about the volatility and they will just be happy that they have one Bitcoin. You’re like, one Bitcoin will be one Bitcoin today, tomorrow, next week.

35:41 That doesn’t change. Yeah. I think Michael Saylor of MicroStrategy, now Strategy says the volatility is a feature, not a bug. And you can’t get 60% annual returns without something like 60% volatility. And so you want to look at it that way.

35:57 It’s just a different kind of money. This is your third crypto cycle. So tell us, what is the state of Bitcoin right now? And even maybe to look back a year ago, you know, we had a different president, we had a different SEC chair. We had just got the Bitcoin ETF versus now.

36:15 How do you see the world? Because a lot of changes have happened. I mean, look, the crazy thing is that when I went into crypto in 2017, just to even imagine that the president of the United States would be so open about it and endorse it actually, would be such a… It was outside of reality somehow. Funny thing though, like I think five, six years ago, on April the 1st, maybe it was 2020, I think.

36:45 I actually made an April Fool’s joke on my YouTube channel, where I faked a tweet by Trump saying something like, or I am buying Bitcoin. And then I faked something, something about China or something funny. And actually, people that watched that video in the first few seconds of the video, they thought it was true. But obviously it was just a joke. But it was like, for me, that was the most surrealistic thing that could have happened.

37:16 So I was like, that’s a funny joke. But now it’s a reality. He literally is tweeting about buying Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and altcoins. And it’s crazy. So the crypto space has now gone from a very small industry to at least be talked about on the highest levels of society.

37:37 So that’s good marketing for Bitcoin. And I’m happy about that. Then it should be said, like I don’t endorse any politicians. Like I’m very against like establishment in that way. So I’m very, in that sense, I don’t want to endorse any politician.

37:56 I know that they just tell us what we want to hear. So that’s that. But that said, it’s very good marketing for Bitcoin. And I’m very happy about that. So it’s the next 10 years.

38:05 I mean, I think Bitcoin could easily go to not only millions per Bitcoin, but could go even higher than that per coin. I think 13 million is the Michael Saylor call. And so now we have a president who literally said at the Bitcoin conference last year, never sell your Bitcoin. He said it again at the first crypto summit in the White House recently. Obviously, Gary Gensler is gone.

38:29 Interim SEC chair is dropping lawsuits everywhere. More ETFs expected. And all sorts of companies now in America seem to be going full throttle. So that’s all super positive. At the same time, you got President Trump dropping his own meme coin two days before he takes office.

38:47 I want to get your thoughts on that. And he’s got his own DeFi platform, World Liberty Financial, that is run by his two sons and he’s on the board or something. His picture is literally on the website. That’s meanwhile buying all sorts of all coins up and just issued their own stable coin recently. And you’ve got some real blurry lines on conflicts of interest here.

39:07 And I’m a Trump fan and I think he’s done amazing things for the industry. But you know, you have to look at that because he divests all of his assets from the Trump organization. But then he tweeted out about his meme coin a few days ago. So what do you make of all this? I mean, honestly, like, I don’t know what to say to be honest.

39:23 I’m still a bit shocked actually. Do you think we’re living in a simulation, Carl? I mean, it is a simulation. Yeah, like we live in it. This is proof, right?

39:30 Yeah, like life is crazy, right? So I look, I, when I went into crypto, there was only 7000 altcoins. That’s it. There was Bitcoin and 7000 altcoins. Today, I think there’s like 12 million altcoins.

39:43 I think there’s like 37 million now. Maybe. I saw a tweet today. Yeah, probably growing geometrically. Probably.

39:49 Yeah, like if you count like, like literally all the coins, because anyone with a computer can just like do this and create 100 coins today. So yeah, maybe it’s 100 million.

40:45 So the problem with that is that that’s, again, inflation.

41:01 And when it comes back to hard money, easy money, we have to differentiate between Bitcoin and altcoins actually because Bitcoin is truly hard money. Altcoins, not so much. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t call it hard money because whether it’s 12 million or 30 million, like that’s the basement of, you know, amount of altcoins. And there’s only so many people in the world, like eight billion people. So that’s only so much attention that you can put on something.

41:33 So just because you have more altcoins doesn’t mean that you get more attention necessarily because the amount of people don’t expand, right? So that’s a problem. So talking then about the Trump coin, I think it’s when he did it. First, I thought it was his scam. The first, like one day, I was 100% sure that he must have been hacked.

41:55 Then when I realized it was true, I was like, wait, this must be good for crypto, right? I was like, wait, is it bad maybe? Like, I was so confused. Like, is this a good thing or a bad thing? But I was like, it must be a good thing for crypto, at least, you know, because it’s marketing.

42:10 Like, again, like it also shows that the US president is not afraid of launching a coin, meaning that then everyone else should be fine launching coins, right? There’s been so much talking about securities and illegal coins and all these things, you know, like, but if he’s doing it, then we’ll stop being like, then everyone should be able to do that. Can’t arrest the president. Well, you probably can, but less likely. Yeah, less likely, right?

42:32 So then I will say, yeah, this must be good for crypto. But maybe at the end of the day, like he’s only going to be in office for so long. So it also is possible that this coin could go down a lot. People lose a lot of money. I actually, to be fair, only lost money on it so far.

42:49 But the next president could, of course, see this as a bad thing, right? And say that, well, this was very reckless, which I would maybe agree with because launching him a coin two days before going into office and like, it is a bit reckless, right? So that could maybe lead to more regulation down the line. So I don’t think for these four years, obviously, I don’t see him doing that. But whoever picks up might have a different thought on it.

43:18 So honestly, I don’t know. But for crypto right now, I think it’s good. Yeah, right. So that’s the Trump coin and World Liberty Financial. It’s still bullish because he’s aligned with the industry evolving.

43:31 Yeah, I mean, yeah, for the industry, for the crypto industry right now, I think it’s a good thing. Yes, I think so. But yeah, okay. So you made your case on Bitcoin. You know, I was talking to Anthony Pompliano recently on my show and people know him.

43:47 He’s been around for a long time. And he said he calls it like this, Carl. He says Bitcoin is your savings account. He’s like, that’s something you always put money in and you never touch. And then the altcoins are things that may be more like investments.

43:59 They have risk to them and you can’t put some of your money there. But remember, Bitcoin is a savings account. I thought that was an interesting analogy. That being said, you’re not afraid of altcoins, especially maybe top 100 market cap altcoins or top 50. And I think you’ve already tweeted about positions in Ethereum.

44:16 I don’t know if you’re an XRP. I know you were looking at SUI and things like that for a while. What altcoins do you like? How do you get your head around them? How do you position yourself?

44:25 I know you trade. I know you make a lot of your trades public on your Twitter as well. So how do you look at those? Great question because the thing is when you go into crypto as a beginner, you get very easily carried away with altcoins. You think you missed the boat on Bitcoin.

44:42 You don’t see the upside anymore. So now you want to go into the altcoins. But in general, altcoins is a great place to actually lose money with that mindset. Because chasing the hypes and chasing what other people are talking about when it comes from not your conviction but someone else’s conviction. Honestly, I think that’s the best way to lose money.

45:04 The reason why I made money with Bitcoin is because I had so much conviction. I was buying it with my passion with enthusiasm. I’m buying it. I’m never selling it. That was my mindset.

45:17 It is my mindset still. I still don’t sell it. Unless you have to buy a Bogart or something. You know, it happens. It happens, right?

45:24 But the mindset has to be I truly believe in this. That’s why I’m doing it. And then I think you make money. Not from the next day but over time to create actual wealth. So with altcoins, I made many mistakes there.

45:40 I lost a lot of money in altcoins. I made some money as well. But the most money I made was definitely from just accumulating a lot of Bitcoin and just keeping that in Bitcoin like my savings account. I think that’s a great analogy, how to phrase it. When someone wants to go into altcoins, I think it’s very important to really do some research.

46:04 And I’m going to have to also kind of contradict myself here because yes, you have to do your research and know what you’re buying. But the crazy thing in crypto is that honestly, common sense doesn’t really seem to exist. That’s also so stupid. But in the altcoin market, it’s more about hype, speculation, and what’s trending, and meme coins and NFTs and all this like, in my opinion, stupid stuff. And you can’t really wrap your head around it.

46:37 And there’s no research you can do on a meme coin actually. To make you realize it’s a good or bad investment, like it’s going to be a pure gamble, like it’s a casino. So it’s like normal investment strategies, like doing your research and knowing what you’re getting into, don’t really apply to altcoins, even though they should. But it’s just so emotional, so greedy. Crypto is greedy.

47:07 That’s the best way to describe it. People are so greedy and so fearful, so euphoric and emotional. And it’s more like a casino than it’s an actual industry when it comes to the tokens. Then of course you have the builders. So there’s two different things.

47:25 You have the builders and the companies, and then you have the tokens and the speculators. Those have to be separated because of course there’s people really doing good things, building products that are changing lives, building products that are creating financial freedom and all these things. So that’s important. But the tokens, I would call that a bit of a casino. But you still trade them.

47:49 I do, yeah. You do this with stop losses, you do this intelligently and limiting your downside. Because like you said, you can do research until the cows come home and buy something that you’ve thoroughly researched and it could just behave, like you said, in an emotional market way that has nothing to do with that. Yeah, so what I do, I would say this, instead of buying it, thinking I’m going to hold this altcoin for five years, I look at trade setups and I look, can I make money from this over the next two months?

48:16 Or what’s the next trend? Where can I get in and out quickly? So that’s how I look at it. So for example, I actually famously made a pretty decent XRP trade just a few months ago. And I’m not an XRP investor long-term.

48:32 I don’t know enough about it to have that conviction. But I saw a trade setup. I saw it had been going down for so long. It had so much resistance. And the technicals just aligned for me.

48:46 And I was like, you know what? I’m going to put a big trade here. So I put like, I was like maybe $300,000 with like 10X leverage. So it was like a 3 million position. And I waited a few, like a couple of weeks, I think.

49:01 And then eventually, it just took off. And I made only from that one trade within, from the day it started pumping, it took four weeks and my profits were $5.3 million from just a $300,000 investment, which is crazy. That’s crazy. I think that was my best trade actually ever in terms of if you combine the initial and the return and also the time. Like it was just a month, you know?

49:30 It was crazy. Keep that out. I sold everything, yeah. That’s hard to do. It’s hard.

49:33 It’s hard. But I actually sold everything and the XRP army, they were so angry that I was selling my XRP position. How do you sell? Let’s just drill into that right now because that’s probably the biggest mistake most people make is they might be lucky enough to get this position on and then they never sell. And they give all that back over time.

49:51 Yeah, that’s how markets work. People have greed and euphoria and usually when people make quick money, the market always, it takes it back. That’s just unfortunate. There is no easy money, right? There is no such thing, yeah.

50:07 You have to lose a lot of money to eventually make that easy money. It’s hard to keep your money in markets unless you really have conviction in what you’re doing and thinking more long-term. I think people that go into the daily timeframes and the small timeframes, they tend to donate to the people that are sitting there and just waiting, you know? Like myself and Michael Saylor, we just sit with our Bitcoin portfolio and we just look at all this volatility. I don’t care.

50:35 And then you have all these small speculators and they’re just donating money to the market every single day, donating money to the market because they’re too emotional and too short-minded and they’re trading Bitcoin without knowing what it is. Like they should just buy it and know that it’s like it’s the future of money, you know? That’s, I think, how you make real true wealth. So, yeah, having a longer time horizon and really knowing what you’re buying. Okay, now that’s what Bitcoin, how did you decide that day to liquidate your XRP position?

51:05 Because, you know, it just rode. It was four weeks too, not four days. So, part of you deep down might have thought another week, I might make another 20%. Yeah, true. So, I mean, obviously, I did this everything publicly as well.

51:17 So, people could follow my thoughts about it as well. So, the first- Does that help a little? Sometimes, yes, sometimes, no. Right. Sometimes it gets even more pressure and you feel like, oh, like I don’t want to show this loss now.

51:31 What should I do? Should I just take profits? So, sometimes it gets too pressure, too much pressure, and sometimes it depends. Okay. In general, I think it’s not good to have public trades because it makes you think too much sometimes.

51:44 Right. It’s better to think less. But for transparency, because I want to be transparent, I show most of my trades. So, when it comes to the XRP position, the first three weeks of pumping, I took no profits because I just saw it, which is going and going and going and I was like, usually you want to let your winners run. Cut your losses short and let your winners run.

52:06 So, when something is going, just let it go. And then at some point there, when it was really high, I just told myself, let’s take a little bit of profits. I started with like maybe like 20% and I told my audience and I think, I don’t remember why, I just took some profits. And then I saw bearish divergence, which is a technical thing where price and the RSI, which is a relative strength index, when they diverge, one is going up, one is going down. That’s usually a sign that a move has been exhausted.

52:38 So, that was my conviction to like sell at least like half of the position. And then over the next like one week or so, I sold the rest as well. And actually, I basically picked the top. I think I got a bit luck on this one though, because that was like the perfect trade. It was perfect.

52:55 That’s pretty cool for your audience to see that as well. What is altcoin season? Can you just define it? Because one of my members of my academy asked me the other day, and I realized that not everybody knows the concept of altcoin season. So, can you talk about it and then talk about it if it still exists today with crypto getting as big as it is, as correlated as it is to stocks?

53:17 Please, tell us. So, yeah, the altcoin season is something that happens every crypto cycle. And the crypto cycles tend to go into these four year cycles. And altcoin season or Bitcoin season, it’s all about just where is the energy and the attention flowing. Right now, the energy is flowing to Bitcoin.

53:37 New money into crypto goes into Bitcoin. And that’s why Bitcoin has been going up for the past year while altcoins have actually been going down. But eventually, when Bitcoin goes very, very bullish, eventually, usually, you would see altcoins actually catch up with Bitcoin and sometimes even outperform Bitcoin for a short period of time. And that’s the altcoin season. And in an altcoin season, then literally, a monkey with a computer can sit down with an exchange account and make money.

54:07 Anyone can make money. Anything you buy goes up. Everything. In that brief period of time. Yeah.

54:13 Even the worst, even the scams. Even scams are obvious scams. People know it’s a scam and it still goes up. And shitcoins that should not exist. NFTs and all this stuff that shouldn’t be that valuable becomes all of a sudden these incredible investment vehicles that everyone wants to buy and people are talking about in the media and everywhere.

54:36 Celebrities buy them. But it’s pure greed, stupidity, and speculation. And it makes people think that they’re experts. It makes people think that they are smart. That they are good investors.

54:50 And even more dangerous. It makes them feel like they deserve that money. So they keep that and think, oh, I’m rich now. Like, oh, you know, like all this confidence. But that’s when the market comes and just takes everything back because you don’t deserve that money.

55:05 Like, that was just greed and speculation and stupidity. And that’s crypto in general, actually, like most of crypto is like that, unfortunately. Okay. Greed and speculation. So.

55:16 How long does that typically last, the altcoin season, if you look back two cycles? A few months usually, I would say like two, three, four months. That’s it. Yeah, that’s it. And sometimes you have a short cycle.

55:27 It was short season. Could be like two, three weeks. But I would say when you have like a proper season, two, three months, I would say. And then I would say it’s very important to take profit there. Don’t let the greed take it all back, you know.

55:41 Just so hard. Because when it goes up 10x, you think, oh, now it’s going up 100x. I’m going to get a Bugatti just like Carl. Everything’s going to be great. And it’s even harder to sell the more success you have.

55:51 And you start dreaming of that. And then before you know it, you’re giving it all back and more. Yeah, I think the best way to do it is instead of thinking I’m going to call the exact top, which no one ever did. Like not even Warren Buffett can call the exact top anywhere. I got luck with the XRP trade.

56:06 Like I don’t do that always. Like sometimes I miss the top completely. So the best way is actually to dollar cost average out of your position. You can dollar cost average in, but also out. So in an altcoin season, let’s say someone is accumulating altcoins right now, which I am, by the way, I’m buying some altcoins now because it’s so low.

56:26 It’s like dirt cheap. I’m doing some OTC deals and all these things. And the Bitcoin dominance is right now around 60%. I think it could go higher. Could go 65, could be 70 potentially.

56:37 Means altcoins go down even more. But eventually I am confident that the altcoin market will pick up. Bitcoin dominance will drop. It will go down to maybe 45, 40%. When we are around those regions, when altcoins are going 20% up per day, just every single day liquidate some of your altcoins.

57:00 You could liquidate like 2% of your portfolio per day and put it back into Bitcoin or USDT or real estate. Just every day, settle a little bit and hold yourself accountable to do that. And don’t let the greed kick in because otherwise all these gains will be gone. That’s the hardest part, right? And so some people on crypto and Twitter are saying there will be no alt season.

57:22 It’s canceled. It’s a figment of the past. And then some are saying no, it’s going to happen. It’s going to happen. You still believe it’s going to happen.

57:29 Yeah, because it’s just the nature of the cycle. It’s always like this. It’s kind of humanity. Attention goes here and then it bleeds here. Yeah, because now altcoins are so depressed.

57:40 Like they’re lower than the bear market peak. They’re so depressed. And whenever something has been extremely depressed, it needs to then rebalance. That’s just how it works. However, keeping in mind though that this time it might be a little bit less euphoric for your specific altcoins because there’s just more altcoins now.

58:00 That’s the other concern is that there’s so many more. The liquidity is spread out whereas back in the day in 21 or in 17, you know, there were 100 or so people were actually talking about it. Maybe a few hundred now. It’s like so many names and so many narratives. So I think it’s even more important to choose altcoins that have a good narrative.

58:19 So I’m not saying do two weeks of research on that altcoin because honestly it was the point. Like it’s just speculation anyways but at least buy good narratives. If people are talking about AI, we’ll try to find good discounts on AI tokens or like gaming. I’m big into gaming. I love gaming.

58:36 So I’m buying gaming tokens. I’m going for the narratives that I think will do well in the altcoins season because when it happens, like I said, there’s only so much attention, right? There’s only so many people in the world. So the attention has to go somewhere. It can’t go to all 30 million tokens.

58:53 So there’s going to be a few tokens that get more attention than the others. Try to pick them. Easier said than done. But it’s all about the narrative. People usually buy based on narrative more than the tech itself.

59:05 Okay. When do you think we might peek in this cycle? And also what kind of levels do you think, you know, that Bitcoin, I’m not asking for exact prices, but you know, what are we thinking Bitcoin this cycle? Do we think it’s a $200,000 Bitcoin? Do we think this cycle happens at the end of 25 or is it 26?

59:25 Do you have any rough ideas? I think this cycle will probably peek towards the beginning of next year or end of this year. So that’s my personal opinion. And I think Bitcoin definitely will go above 250, 300K. That’s my conviction.

59:45 I’m quite confident actually. I’m hoping and even thinking is I wouldn’t be surprised if Bitcoin goes even higher than that. Like 500, 700K. Really? That quick.

1:00:55 Yeah, I think so. We have Donald Trump right now. We have countries buying Bitcoin. We have El Salvador. We have Michael Saylor.

1:01:04 People, massive entities, accumulating Bitcoin now. So not only is their money flowing in, but they are inspiring other big entities to do the same. So I wouldn’t be surprised. And that’s why I keep buying Bitcoin as much as I do. And we’re still early.

1:01:24 Like we’re still early. Like most countries still didn’t buy Bitcoin. Most companies still didn’t buy Bitcoin. It’s still mostly like the crypto bros. Yeah, to be honest.

1:01:32 I can’t believe the Bitcoin price when I look at it. And then I look at the news. I can’t even believe it. I mean, GameStop now, $5 billion on the treasury might said they’re going to buy some Bitcoin. Other corporates coming in there, Japanese corporates, the US now said they’re going to build a strategic reserve, which means China has to, which means the UK has to, in Germany and all these countries.

1:01:51 Like every day, there’s a new, massively bullish piece of news coming out. And yet Bitcoin is still in the mid-80s, just kind of chilling. It’s wild. I agree. Seems undervalued.

1:02:02 And that’s usually the case with Bitcoin that it will chill for some time. People get bored. And then out of nowhere, boom, it triples, quadruples.

1:02:13 So everything will happen very suddenly. That’s usually how it happens in crypto. Okay. So then Bitcoin makes its move and then kind of directly after, you’ll have that brief altcoin season where it’ll just be manic, where every crypto bro thinks they’re the geniuses and everyone, it starts getting really stupid, the behavior out there. I had a guy from a big VC fund in here and he said, Brian, there’s three indications of when you know the bull markets peaked.

1:02:39 He said, number one, your Uber driver asks you what crypto to buy. Okay. Number two, your buddy from high school texts you not about Bitcoin, but about some random altcoin. Okay. Interesting.

1:02:51 And number three, you go to the club and 80% of the tables are crypto bros. And it’s funny at first, but I think those are pretty good signs. And those are probably the best signs. Yeah. And also, I remember last bull market in 2021 when we were in Monaco Grand Prix, we had all these yachts and literally every single yacht was crypto people.

1:03:13 We had our yacht, me and a few friends, like a beautiful, huge yacht, you know, and then next to us, like this crypto exchange, crypto project, crypto this, like just crypto yachts, you know, like that’s a peak bull market. So funny. And I know some of these people now, like they lost most of their money, like they are not doing any yachts anymore. So like peak bull market, you will see that. It’s pretty crazy.

1:03:37 So you look for these signs, you’ll look for dominance, maybe total market cap as well. Because right now, it’s around $3 trillion and maybe when that gets to $8 or $6 or $7 or $8, you might be thinking, okay, maybe this is the top or if Bitcoin dominance starts going low. I think I don’t look at the, I mean, you mean for calling the top of the cycle? Yeah, maybe total market cap. I don’t know.

1:03:57 Okay, so I will give you the best way to do that actually. Okay. I think the stock-to-flow ratio model is the best way to pick the top of the bull market. Okay. What is that for people that don’t know?

1:04:07 So basically, it was founded by a guy called Plan B. He’s big on Twitter and YouTube. And basically, the stock-to-flow ratio of any asset is the ratio between the stock, which is the already existing supply, and the flow, which is the inflation. That gives you a ratio. And so for example, with Bitcoin, the stock-to-flow ratio will change every four years because of the Bitcoin halving.

1:04:37 So the ratio goes up when the inflation gets cut in half. And then you will see a line that goes like this, like an exponential curve. And what he found was that actually, not only Bitcoin, but all assets in the world, they follow the stock-to-flow ratio. So gold, even fiat, like all these different assets, they will follow that ratio. So Bitcoin is no different.

1:05:05 And if you look at this ratio, you will see that every single halving, every four years, you will see Bitcoin catch up with the ratio, catch up with that curve. And if you look at it every four years, you will see that Bitcoin basically is right now following that exact trajectory. And usually, over one year after the halving, you will see the peak. And we’re still not there. So I think according to the stock-to-flow ratio model, mid this year, towards the end of this year, that should be like the peak crypto mania, you know?

1:05:43 We don’t know a price, but we know like a timing of it. Well, actually, also price. So the average price according to the stock-to-flow ratio model should be around 350K. Okay, interesting. Average price.

1:05:54 Could be lower, could be higher, but that should be like the approximately. Okay. Now you talk about four-year cycles, but at some point, when the halving becomes less significant, which it does over time, and the market becomes bigger, it’s going to become more correlated with equities or less of a four-year cycle that will happen at some point. And then everyone’s always talking about, this is the time when it’s going to be the super cycle, right? And yet no one knows when that’s really going to happen.

1:06:19 Do you think that will change in the future? I think eventually will change, yeah. Okay, but not in the next couple cycles you don’t think. We still think it will be four years. I actually think it could happen this cycle because we’re now finally seeing Bitcoin reach that global stage, you know?

1:06:33 So when you have the endorsement of the US president and big multinationals like we see today, that could be a trigger for a super cycle. So I think what could happen is we see a super cycle now where we basically see Bitcoin go to astronomical highs, meaning above 200k, above 300, let’s say 700k, maybe even a million like this year or next year. That would be extraordinary, right? But that would create a mania like maybe we’ve never seen before. It would be like you see literally countries and multinational companies fall moving in and then it just pushes it and maybe even higher than that.

1:07:20 I’m not saying it’s going to happen, but I’m saying it could happen because of all these situations we have today. But if it does happen, then I think that would break the four-year cycle and then create a crypto depression like we’ve never seen before. Because everything that goes up like that, it really has to come down. So if we see that, let’s say Bitcoin goes to a million dollars, then I think we’re going to see the first like 90% correction since years for Bitcoin.

1:07:49 Wow. Like we go below 100k again, which today doesn’t sound so bad because we’re like at 80k, right? But then it will feel like pain. It’s going to feel like it’s over. People will say Bitcoin is really dead.

1:08:01 Like for real this time, like it’s over and people will hate Bitcoin. People will make fun of Bitcoin and altcoins will be even worse. And it could create an eight-year bear cycle. And I think that’s when we will finally see shit like NFTs and meme coins like die. I feel like they deserve to die because in this previous bear market, we still saw JPEGs worth like 20k.

1:08:29 It just doesn’t make sense. Like JPEGs, no matter bear market, bull market, they shouldn’t be worth that much. So we haven’t seen a true crypto depression. Like people complain now, but like they don’t know what could come. I think it’s going to come at some point, especially if that happens in combination with a stock market depression, which I think is also coming any moment now.

1:08:54 Like it could happen literally any moment because debts are so high. They’re decreasing the interest rates right now. And if you look at the charts, that’s usually when you eventually see then the stock market correct and then see a correction. So if we see a combination of a crypto bear market after a super cycle and a stock market crash and maybe even a depression, which we definitely deserve there as well, then it could be really bad. And Bitcoin will always be there.

1:09:25 But I think for altcoins and all this other speculation in crypto, I think the greed will be gone. It will be gone. And I think we deserve that to be honest. And so what does Carl Moon do when Bitcoin hits a million in the next say 12 to 18 months? Do you always stay in Bitcoin even when it corrects by 90% or at some point would you take it out and put it in something else?

1:09:48 I don’t know what that something else is. Real estate, golds, fiat, maybe, maybe not. And that’s a big question. So the last cycle, I was actually wrong. I thought Bitcoin was going to go to 200, 300k, but we all went to 70k.

1:10:01 We all did. So I screwed up. You stayed in it the whole time. I stayed, yeah. You were fully invested in crypto.

1:10:08 Only Bitcoin. You’ve always been super public about that. You get much respect for that. Right. So you were wrong and you wrote it all the way down.

1:10:15 Yeah, I wrote it. How did it feel? October 22, when you’re looking at $16,000 Bitcoin and you’re thinking, oh my God, not only that, all your altcoins, positions, your early stage startups, everything. But I met you throughout those times and you still seem like Carl to me. Yeah, I think what I’ve realized is I realized that we have to detach from our net worth.

1:10:37 Like our net worth can never be the source of our happiness or our mood for the day. Because if that’s the case, then we’re screwed. Then it’s like a… It’s out of your control. Yeah, that’s very bad.

1:10:50 Someone else is determining if you’re happy today. Yeah, that’s a curse. And we cannot allow that. So whether it’s bear market or bull market, I try to detach. And even in the bull market, even if I make like 10 million in a day, I try to detach and not think like, oh, that should make me happy.

1:11:07 I’m like, that’s money, money comes, money goes. And I’m happy about my life in general, yes? But I try to not feel overly euphoric or greedy or depressed about net worth. Sometimes easier said than done. 100%.

1:11:23 But I think, yes, people might be surprised sometimes when they meet me. Just like two years ago, I remember I got scammed by someone. I lost like 10 million in a huge… It was horrible. I got the news during the daytime.

1:11:43 And then later that night, I had a meeting with a close business friend of mine. And I didn’t want to cancel the meeting. I’m just going to show up. But I’m sitting there, like I’m sitting like this, having a meeting. And I know I just lost like my $8 million is gone.

1:12:02 And I just had to try to think about it and just show that I’m here present. But yeah, but he didn’t notice at all. I told him a few months later, like, yeah, like that day, we’re like, dude, I just like 8 million gone like in that like 8 or 10 million, something like this. It was crazy. So those things happen.

1:12:22 But we just have to realize that money is money. And as long as we have health, we have everything we need, health and ourselves. So I sometimes I say like, when you lose money, you lose nothing. If you lose health, you lose something. But when you lose everything is when you lose yourself.

1:12:45 When you lose your mindset, when you give up, that’s when it’s gone. So I always think like that. If I have any issues, I still have myself. I’m still there. I’m still alive.

1:12:57 I’m breathing. I can make everything back. I lost nothing. And with that mindset, it makes me happy in the moment because I know that the loss is just money. It comes in close.

1:13:07 And it helps me focus on making more money because I think it’s very important to not focus on lost money because that’s again comes back to the law of attraction. And what are you focusing on? Because where attention goes, energy flows. It’s a saying that I’ve heard before. And it’s so true.

1:13:25 Where you put your attention, you will get more up. So focusing on past mistakes or past issues or scams that someone scammed you. Just move on. Forgive people. If someone really screwed you over and you can really like get the money back, do something about it, sure.

1:13:44 But don’t invest all of your energy on it because your life is more important than that loss right there. Make more money. Sure, give people what they deserve. And there’s some certain people I’m going after because of course, people shouldn’t just be able to like scam you and then live their best life. But I’m detaching from it and I’m also detaching from the outcome.

1:14:06 If the money comes back, so be it. If it doesn’t, so be it. I’m fine. I’ll make more money. Forgive, but don’t forget, right?

1:14:13 Yeah, but release the emotional energy about it. I started trading on Wall Street in 93. So I had a P&L on my book ever since then. And I remember I went to Chicago, I started working for the first National Bank of Chicago and I was running my own book and I had these P&L fluctuations every day. And in the early days, Carl, it literally was my self-worth.

1:14:32 So I made money on the day, I’m the man. I lost money the day, I suck. And then one day I woke up and I realized, stop this. This is stupid. You’re not a better person today because the bond market’s rallied or because they sold off.

1:14:46 And so stop trying your net worth to your P&L. And so I think I learned that early on. But again, you always have to make sure that you’re learning those lessons. Yeah, and sometimes when the old season comes, we again, we become greedy again and I’m the same, like we’re all the same. So we just have to get reminded and sometimes remind ourselves and each other because it can get really crazy sometimes.

1:15:12 I always tell my students like the human brain was not designed for the gains you see in crypto. If you take us back to the savannahs, where we’re all hanging out and hunter gatherers and you go to sleep and you have one cow, you never would wake up and have 10 cows, right? And so we can’t even conceive. Maybe over a year or two, you might become two cows. We can’t conceive of this volatility for the good or the bad.

1:15:34 And so we’re just not equipped to make these decisions. Like you said, you can be a very grounded person. But when all coin season starts, you can get crazy. And I always tell my students, I’m not worried about the decisions you make on bad days. I’m worried about the decisions you make on good days.

1:15:48 And that’s this, I woke up in Vegas, married in a tattoo on my arm because you had such a great night last night. Look at the stupid decisions you made. And that’s what I think people do involve all coin season sometimes. 100%, 100%. And I’m the same.

1:16:01 Like I made very bad mistakes in the previous bull cycle. Certain good things as well. But I also lost money with some stupid things where my greed took over. And I’m just really trying my best to learn from my mistakes so I don’t repeat them. Because in that case, they’re not really mistakes.

1:16:19 They’re lessons. And again, this also comes back to the words I’m using. Like, I don’t want to call my things mistakes. These are lessons, meaning that I have now learned. I will not repeat.

1:16:30 I grew. I’m wiser. I’m a better person now. And that gives me comfort. That I feel like I can trust the future Carl more than I can trust the old Carl, you know?

1:16:41 Yeah. And those are correct words you’re using, right? They’re not mistakes. They’re lessons. This is all important.

1:16:47 The exact language and the feelings you have about it. 100%. Let’s talk about Carl Moon that people know from the social media. So 21, you bought your Bugatti. Maybe you can tell me why you bought it.

1:16:59 And if anybody’s got more mileage out of a Bugatti, I think you’re the only guy in the planet. I mean, people know you for that car. They’ve seen you in that car. You were an early mover on Bugatti. You know, these days, a lot of people get them.

1:17:10 You got to watch the Carl Moon watch, you know? People watch your lifestyle. You were definitely one of the early guys in crypto on the jets and showing this lifestyle. And then people come attracted to you. They learn your story.

1:17:21 They come inspired by the law of attraction. But tell me how that guy became that guy. Because when I’m sitting down with you, you’re a super grounded dude. And when people see you on YouTube, they maybe just think you’re this flashy guy. Maybe you’re both.

1:17:35 Yeah, I mean, I guess I am both persons. Like I’m too, I have a personal, I have an image online. And then I am myself. I don’t think I am the person I am online, but that’s part of my image. Yeah, I think,

1:17:56 For me, it’s very important to inspire people. So the reason why I created my vlog channel, for example, where I show when I buy these watches or cars is because when I was in the supermarket, or even before the supermarket, I was watching a lot of videos from wealthy individuals that were flashing their stuff. Like I wanted people to brag in my face. I was looking for it. I wanted that.

1:18:21 I wanted them to show me how it was to be on a private jet because I had no clue. Like I wanted to just see their point of view. Like going into the jet, getting their food on the jet. And like, I wanted to see the details so I can visualize my lifestyle, my future, you know? So I was so inspired by it.

1:18:40 I was watching videos from Manny Kochbin, producer Michael, June Olson, and then some other entrepreneurs as well. There’s a few, but those were like on YouTube. I was watching a lot of these videos and it made me so happy because like, I can also do this. I’m going to have that lifestyle. So it helped me.

1:18:59 And now, I’m just giving back basically. So I created this vlog channel when I started making money because I’m like, if I enjoyed that content back then, there must be millions of people that are craving that same content. And I think I can do the content maybe even better, or at least in the way that I would have loved to watch the content, you know? So now, I’m making those vlogs when I buy expensive stuff, when I talk about law of attraction, mindset, you know?

1:19:26 And yeah, I’m bragging, but I’m doing it for a bigger purpose. It’s really to inspire people. And if you look at the comments on my vlog channel, it’s very positive. It’s like, I’m so inspired. Like, oh, Carl, like I watch your videos every day.

1:19:40 Like, it makes me want to also acquire and like achieve things. So I’m so happy that I’m giving back and I know how they feel because I was the exact same person, you know? Yeah. So it feels good. And yeah, some people don’t like it, but they don’t have to subscribe.

1:19:54 So I don’t care. Yeah, some people would be like, you know, hateful, you know? Like, I need you with the haters.

1:20:47 Many years ago, I took it to heart sometimes because I’m human and I overthink and stuff. But nowadays, I don’t really care at all because anyone who’s successful, yourself, everyone, we’re going to get hate. It’s just a fact. And the more successful you get, the more hate you get. So hate just scales with success.

1:21:07 And I think that’s just part of life. And I actually don’t care. And I don’t ever answer such comments either. Like people that say, Carl, your God is rented. Or they say, oh, Carl, you said Bitcoin’s going to go there.

1:21:24 But now, I don’t answer these people because they have negative feelings in themselves. I think they have work to do on themselves. And again, attention goes where energy flows. Should I give them attention? No.

1:21:37 I will give attention to the kind comments or questions people that are asking me, oh, Carl, I love your Bugatti. How can I get one? That’s a comment I’m happy to answer. I’ll spend a minute. You know, I’ll give him some pointers because it’s important to put my energy where I see it fit.

1:21:56 And then more of that will come back. So yeah. Do you think that hate is really love that’s just garbled in transmission? Do you think somehow that if someone’s paying attention to you, they’ll sometimes put hateful comments. And I’ve heard from influencers like you before that said, sometimes they’ll meet, you know, the hater and they’ll want a picture with them or, you know, I think so.

1:22:15 Yeah, because secretly, they’re watching you. So they must want to be with you, be like you are part of them inside is relating to you. But yet, maybe their frontal cortex can’t process that. Maybe, yeah, maybe. I think most hate comments come from their own frustration or like jealousy.

1:22:33 But yeah, I mean, most likely they are somehow fans because they’re watching. Yeah, probably. I actually don’t know. Like, I was never like this myself, or at least I’d like to think I was never like this. So I don’t know how the mindset work with these people.

1:22:47 But yeah, I just wish them the best and I hope that they can find inspiration instead of jealousy because I think that’s what makes a hater a hater. I think it’s also the way you do it. Like a lot of guys could drive around in Bugatti and put videos out and it could be done in the wrong spirit. Like look what I have and look what you’re never going to have because you suck. And you’re like, I’m showing you this because it’s possible.

1:23:12 And I think people always get the nuance of that. So I think you feel that. Should be, should be. I mean, I’m very fortunate to not get that much hate. Actually, like in the crypto bear market sometimes, yeah, like when everything goes down, people get like emotional.

1:23:25 But yeah, I think my audience is very kind and very loving. And I think it’s because I have an audience that are excited to do something with their life. So they’re like open-minded people and also I think the crypto audience is more hateful than like the lifestyle audience because crypto is like the greedy people, right? So when the crypto goes down, like they really want to frustrate their emotions somewhere. But no, I’m blessed with my audience.

1:23:55 I think it’s a great audience and I’m happy. Talk to me about your inner circle. As you become wealthier and more famous, I’m guessing you have to kind of be careful who you allow close to you. And I see you hanging out with usually other big crypto influencers, people that have been on the show like Yooni Wong and Chris M. M. Crypto and DaVinci.

1:24:14 I’m just curious, like why do you hang out with those people? Is it because maybe you feel like they all understand you or you guys understand each other? Do you have to be careful about new people into your circle? And then how do you think about spending your time? Yeah, very good question.

1:24:31 So obviously when you get famous and wealthy, then that’s going to attract people. And sometimes not the best people. And I’ve unfortunately had to deal with that a few times. Sometimes I was able to see it early, but sometimes actually I let people in too close and got screwed from that. So that happens.

1:24:52 And I think we learned the hard way. Now it’s harder to get into my life now, which is a bit unfortunate because sometimes it can let a good person away from me. But I have to protect myself from the world because we can only do that ourselves, right? So yeah, when it comes to Chris and Davinci, and these people, of course, we’ve known each other for a long time. So we’re friends since the very early days of crypto.

1:25:20 So we grew together, especially me and Chris. We went to our first five-star hotel together, like the first jet together, first business class together, first class together. Like we did all of these things for the first time together. Amazing. Yeah, so we really shared the starting part of the journey of becoming successful and making money together.

1:25:44 So that will never go away. Like we’re always going to be incredibly good friends. So that’s amazing. And now being where I am today, I cherish such friendships even more because you can’t really… It’s rare to find friends like that.

1:26:03 And yeah, but yeah, I’ve had issues where people, they get into our circle because they want something from us and then they end up taking or they scan or they use our reputation to get a deal or something or they think like this and it’s horrible. But I just have to be more careful and learn from my past mistakes, which are now lessons. Exactly. That being said, when I first met you back in 21, when I had my first trip pretty much to Dubai, I was amazed by how you guys just really welcomed me into this circle and it was really cool.

1:26:41 And you and Chris and the crypto kid and everybody was just really cool. And you guys invited me a bunch of things and I was just like, wow. And you guys were supporting each other. You weren’t hating on each other. And a lot of this YouTube drama that goes on out there, you guys weren’t doing any of that.

1:26:56 And I was like, wow, these guys are special. You guys are on a really cool vibe here. And I’m just wondering, do you think that’s the… You guys, is that just kind of the vibe that you guys create? Is that why that’s happening?

1:27:07 Do you think that’s a crypto thing? I don’t know. I don’t know. I think we’re just like a good group of friends. And I don’t know.

1:27:15 I guess we’re just lucky that we found good people around us that have same mindset. And I think that’s probably the most important thing that you have. You find people that are on the same wavelength. Because again, everything is energy and so is our body and mind and spirit and everything. So people will connect on different levels depending on the frequency.

1:27:37 And I think it’s important to just choose friends that vibrate on the same frequency. Someone you don’t vibe with doesn’t mean that it’s a bad person. But just another frequency. It’s like different radio stations that don’t really connect. And I think we just have to think like that and surround ourselves with those people.

1:27:57 And then we have a good vibe. You know, both you and Chris have a really strong yet unique vibe but a super positive high energy vibe. And I don’t think it’s a coincidence that both of you guys continue to have success in this market. You guys are super grounded regardless of what they see you flashing. You guys are super grounded people.

1:28:14 And I think that’s why you continue to be successful. I think if it was all going to your head, I think it’s only a matter of time before the world rewards that with some extra challenges. Maybe, maybe. But actually the last bull market I felt like it was getting a bit to my head. So I will really use that as a lesson because I was getting a bit euphoric and I was thinking, you know, like I am the best investor in the world.

1:28:39 Like I’m making so much money. Like looking at my net worth. Like, wow. You know, like thinking like, you know, I was even starting. There’s actually a funny video clip from I think I was in Fox News where I was in CNBC or something when they asked me some question about Charlie Munger.

1:28:55 And they asked like, why do you think Charlie Munger is wrong about Bitcoin? And my answer was literally because he’s old and boring. Live TV in front of the whole U.S. audience, you know. But you’re right though.

1:29:07 There’s some truth in that, right? Yes, but that’s like peak euphoria, you know. Yeah, that’s true. A little truth in that. I talked to Dan Tapiero.

1:29:15 He’s an old school macro investor, runs a bunch of big funds and he invests in space. And he just said, Brian, the single biggest determination of whether someone gets Bitcoin or not is not their education. It’s not their wealth. It’s not the country they were born in. It’s their age.

1:29:29 And he said it like 55 is like the cutoff. If you’re older than that, you could be the Warren Buffets and the Mungers of the world. But if you never grew up in a digital world, it’s really hard for you. And if you’re younger than that, like my son is eight years old. Now he’s got more digital assets than you.

1:29:42 You know, he’s on Roblox and he’s trading and all this stuff. So, you know, I know what you mean. That’s peak euphoria, but you might’ve been onto something as well. Yeah, I mean, because I mean, if you look at it from that interview, I think that was close to the peak bull market. My net worth is down.

1:29:56 I was 90% and I’m sure he’s still fine. It’s a lesson. So yeah, that was a lesson. I mean, look, I think it was a funny clip, but like, I think in the bull markets, even I get carried away. And in this bull market, I’m going to really try to stay really grounded, you know, and realize that like, I’m very fortunate to have what I have and that I could lose it all.

1:30:20 I could make it all. Money comes, money goes. It shouldn’t change who I am as a person. It shouldn’t change my respect to other people or anything like this, you know, because I know that many crypto people, they really do get carried away. And I have close friends that actually, you know, they show some bad sides, you know, when they get into that mindset and like, they might be a bit disrespectful there or like, you know, these small details that kind of add up to just, you know, the fact that they’re now flying too high.

1:30:52 And I’ve been there as well. So I want to always feel grounded now, yeah. Constantly learning. Yeah, constantly learning. I remember 21 in that altcoin season where I had a few people around me that were like talking about how they’re these great traders.

1:31:05 Now, luckily, I had traded on Wall Street and I was like, Trader, bro, all you do is buy things, you know, and in this market and you made some money, that’s not a trader. Like, that’s just, you’re at the right place at the right time. And then of course, sooner than later, it all went down. So I always remember having that perspective. Tell me about you and your brother.

1:31:24 Your brother has Down syndrome and you really feature him and your relationship with him a lot on your channels. I also know you recently gave a big donation to, I think, the Down syndrome, one of the associations here in Dubai. And tell me if it’s me, but I feel like your relationship with your brother has gotten even closer over the last couple of years. And I see him more often on your socials. I see you talking more about him.

1:31:51 And I know not only the fact that he has Down syndrome, but he also struggled with some crazy medical issues when he was a kid. First surgery at seven days old, cancers and leukemias. I mean, it sounds like a harrowing journey. You said that like his medical file is like a book this thick. I mean, that’s such a wild relationship compared with everything else that goes on in your life.

1:32:11 Tell me about your brother, your relationship, how it’s changed over the years. Well, I mean, he’s the best person in the world. He’s like my favorite human in this universe. And he’s why? Because he’s just full of love and good energy and good vibes.

1:32:30 He always just wants you to feel good. And he’s so genuine.

1:32:38 I just love him. It’s just like unconditional love. And he has the same to me. And also in the family, like we all love him. Like he’s our like, you know, you’re not supposed to have favorites, right?

1:32:48 But in the family, we all say he’s the favorite. It’s just undeniable. So that’s just a fact. But he’s been through a lot. And he’s our little hero.

1:32:58 Like I said, he’s been through a medical journey that like, even if you spread out all of these things, over like 100 people, it would still be, I guess, like a statistical anomaly. Like because leukemia twice, like very bad leukemia twice, a heart failure, which had to be fixed when he was very young. Like, yeah, seven days old. They had to actually take his heart out and operate in the heart and put it back in to fix it because he had holes in his heart. And not only that, but also a huge lymphangioma on his leg.

1:33:34 So they couldn’t treat it for the first few years because he had so many other issues. But eventually, when all of those issues were gone, they had to operate with, I think it was 11 surgeries on his leg to get this huge lymphangioma away. But they were not able to fix it. It never healed. So for many, many years, he had a whole big open wound.

1:33:56 His whole leg was open, just leaking. And he couldn’t go swimming. He couldn’t do actually not much at all because it was getting infections all the time. So he was getting sick all the time, fainting. And like, his first like 10 years were like a nightmare, not only for him, but also for the family because especially my parents, because they had to take care of him and deal with him.

1:34:22 They spared me and my sister a lot by not telling us everything all the time because we were so young and my parents didn’t want us to share that burden. So it was kind of them, I guess, to then take that burden themselves. But it was huge on them. But now in hindsight, when I look back, I don’t even understand how they were able to go through all of that. And also my brother, because like being in hospital all the time like that.

1:34:49 And so my dad, he was in the hospital during the nights and my dad and my mom during the days. So my dad could work in the day so they could make money. But insane journey, insane journey. Do you think that really grounds him? I mean, for someone who’s been through all of that, that must just give him a different kind of energy.

1:35:10 I don’t know, actually. Like for him, I guess this is just normal life. I guess so, right? Because he doesn’t know anything else. He just, that’s what he knows.

1:35:20 I know that he, but he never complains. That’s the thing. Like he’s such a strong person, like going in and out of hospitals, like injections, like North Coast, like when he had to go in get put to sleep. Like he does this. Well, he was doing that so many times, but he was never complaining.

1:35:40 We always know that if he complains, then he really is in pain. And it’s something really bad. So he’s a very strong little warrior, which is insane. And you were saying that sometimes with people with Down Syndrome, their IQs might be lower, but a lot of times their EQs are higher. So a much more of an emotional awareness or an emotional vibration.

1:36:03 100%. So yeah, of course, it’s a mental disorder. So it’s a mental handicap. His IQ is dramatically lower than a normal person, that’s for sure. So he will never be able to count maths or do certain things like we do.

1:36:19 But on the social side, he’s fully functioning. He speaks more than most people. Like he’s very verbal, very social and has good humor. He’s very funny. He likes to laugh and make fun.

1:36:34 So he’s a very happy little guy. And then on the emotional side, it’s something strange. I’ve never researched it, but I’ve noticed with my brother and other people with Down Syndrome that they do have some elevated sensitivity for emotions and for human behavior, like interactions. So he’s the only one who can like see in my face how I feel. Like if I have a bad thought and I kind of like, he can immediately like, are you okay?

1:37:07 Like something, he will pick up on it. And also on a other note, like if people are fighting, for example, like sometimes my parents would be fighting, right? It gets to him a lot. Like this energy and this, it’s for him very impactful. And sometimes he can just start crying when someone else is fighting because it’s like, this emotional sensitivity is very high.

1:37:33 So it’s something interesting. Someone should research it. Maybe someone did, but people with Down Syndrome, they do have some sensitivity for that. Are you getting closer and closer to him? The older you got?

1:37:44 I think I can’t possibly get closer. Like we’re so close already. I think we’re getting, I think we’re always going to be close. I think if possible, they get closer. Yeah, but I think we’re already so close.

1:37:59 You also made a big donation to the Down Syndrome Association here in Dubai. Why do that? It was a big donation. Like why do that? And what was it like, you know, going to see them?

1:38:09 Yeah, so I mean, I was fortunate enough to make money in my life and I think it’s important to give back and especially I think it’s important to do that to something where I believe in it, you know? So same when I invest. I invest where I believe. If I give donations, I want to do it where I really feel like this is the right thing to do instead of just, you know, some people, maybe they just give donations like this to kind of, just for the sake of doing it, but I want to have a purpose with it.

1:38:40 So because I have a first-hand experience with a handicapped brother, I know how other people might be struggling out there, other children and other families. So when I help them, I really know that I’m making a progress. I’m helping someone, you know? So this Emirates Down Syndrome Association, it’s the biggest in UAE. I think you have like, was it a few hundred individuals that are connected to the center?

1:39:13 So they teach the children early stage with Down Syndrome, you know, maths and writing, all these things like a school. And then also when they get older, like my brother who’s now 19, they need to be prepared for potentially getting a job, right? Some of them are more independent than others. But yeah, some of them can make very, very easy jobs happen, you know? So then the center is helping us with that as well.

1:39:42 So my donation helps to not only renovate some areas of the center, but also create a different, you know, they made like a music room. They made like a spa room. They renovated and fixed the gym.

1:40:55 And they did like an arts gallery room, and they also want to be like a better place for like a playing, like a playground. So, you know, helping out like this, and then there’s bigger visions there as well to do there. It’s a big center, so there’s many things that can be done. But yeah, I think it’s cool. I think it’s a nice thing to do.

1:41:15 And when I give donations, I always give donations to children with disabilities. So I did it before, also to another place, not without a drone, but where children are struggling with a disease called EB, where their skin keeps falling off. It’s like probably the worst disease you can imagine because the children, they live in constant pain their whole life, and they don’t even live that long because it’s just too much exhaustion to the body. So I donated to try to find a cure because there’s no such thing right now.

1:41:53 So those are the things I really feel about. And then now actually in the next few weeks, I’m going to Africa for a charity trip to Zimbabwe because I met a couple. They are building hospitals or surgical rooms for children that need surgery in the countries where it’s not so accessible. So I saw you make a trip of a couple of years ago. Maybe was it Nigeria?

1:42:19 Yeah. And you went like you went way into the crazy, like super poor neighborhoods. You were walking around and it was like crazy. You know, that was crazy. I look crazy and that was a little dangerous, a little dicey, but you still did it dangerous.

1:42:33 What compels you to do these things? Because that’s out of the comfort zone and it’s not just a media moment if you keep doing them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So that trip to Nigeria was actually not meant to be a charity trip. That was just a crypto conference actually.

1:42:45 Okay. Someone invited me to. But when I was there, someone told me like, yeah, like people are very poor here. And like in the trenches that they call them is like people don’t have roads or roof or like no running water. Like it’s very bad there.

1:43:00 So I was like, why don’t we like go check it out and see if we can talk to people there and bring some food, you know, like and so it was not like I wouldn’t call that a charity. I would call it more like, you know, just connecting with them and at least bringing something with me while doing so. So we went into the trenches and I met the like the leader of like that little area. Brought him some champagne or some wine, you know, just like to show some respect. And then for the children, I brought some footballs and backpacks, some food, some candy, some crackers, some Nutella, you know, I was like, you know, let’s just make their day, you know, like that’s how I thought about it.

1:43:40 And yeah, that was cool thing. It was a little bit dangerous though. Yeah, because there’s not much infrastructure for security there. So I had to bring two like armed guards because it’s not the safest, but it was an experience. Yeah, it looked intense.

1:43:57 Yeah. Yeah, I mean, looking back at it, that was a big risk. But nothing happened. It was very cool and many nice people and I got to know some of the people there and yeah, they were happy. That’s amazing.

1:44:11 What’s great seeing your brother. It’s a nice way to learn more about you when I see you guys and the videos and stuff like that and the pictures. It’s cool. It’s really a kind of a window into your soul. It’s nice to see.

1:44:23 Why’d you buy? You could live anywhere in the world. You could go to Thailand. You could go back to Sweden if you wanted to. You could really go anywhere.

1:44:31 Why live here? Well, actually, I was living in Thailand for eight months. And then when the pandemic was over, I wanted to open up a company anywhere to basically have all my business there and get all my business expensive and stop paying taxes in another country, right? So that’s why I thought let’s go to Dubai. And the idea was just to open up a company and then go live in Thailand maybe or somewhere else.

1:45:00 So tax reason was the main reason. But the funny thing is the moment I opened up a company here and spent my first two weeks here because that’s how long it takes to open a company. I was like, wow, this is a crazy place. Like I love this place. You know, it’s very safe.

1:45:15 It’s very convenient, easy to get things done, easy to have all the best restaurants, have all cool people. Like it’s just such a great vibe and cool people. I meet people like yourself all the time here, you know, like because all of us interesting individuals, we all come to Dubai. So you don’t really have to travel to meet people like they come here. So I realized quite early there that now I think this is the place I will have my base and then I will travel but this is my base and now it’s my home.

1:45:43 So I lived here for four or five years now and I’m super happy. I always tell people that like, again, back to energy, like the vibe in Dubai is just like another level because I always say everybody that is here comes here intentionally. Even if you’re a cab driver or a crypto bro or whatever a VC or anybody like you literally leave your home. You come here because you’re looking to build a better you and there’s better opportunities here. That’s always the truth.

1:46:08 You can say people don’t get paid enough here but it’s always better than where they come from. Even for you, for me, for people. And so I feel like everybody here is really intentional about improving their future. Whereas when I go to London and I look around, honestly, at three out of five people, don’t really want to be there. They’re kind of phoning it in, maybe collecting a check from a job or the government and their energy is like, and I feel it.

1:46:31 You know, when I’m here, I love talking to the cab drivers and the girl at Starbucks and the na na na because they’re from Cameroon. I’m from Sri Lanka. I’m here, I’m here, I’m here and this is a place that’s brought them something and they’re all aspirational. And so that’s one of the reasons I like it because everybody wants to do something. Everyone’s super helpful too.

1:46:46 Everybody wants you to win here and I can network. If I go out one night here, I can meet more people that will help me take something forward than a month in London. Yeah, 100%. I agree with you and I think that’s a great distinction to make between the people that live there and they live here, that people here are living life on their terms and whether they know it or not, they’re using the law of attraction because they have this, forward thinking, they have goals and ambitions and that helps the energy to attract it and I think that’s, this is what separates the zombies from us, the entrepreneurs.

1:47:23 Like the people in London and Sweden, like most people that I know, they live life on default mode, automatic mode. They become a zombie. They just allow life to just decide for them. To live them. Yeah.

1:47:36 Them not living the life. Exactly and I think that is the dangerous position to be in. We have made this energetic move of like we take action, this is the direction we go and then the universe will come help us halfway but that creates this cool lifestyle we have and also the personality we have and I think that’s why we all vibe together very well in Dubai because we’re not zombies. We’re unique individuals living our best life and on a never-ending journey to become the best version of ourselves but I think that’s the journey that also connects us.

1:48:11 And on top of that are the Emirati and if you think about Dreaming Big, I mean, oh my god, I do this walking meditation every morning out where I am in JBR and Blue Water and I’m looking around and looking at the palm and I’m looking at the country is younger than me and look what they built and I’m just thinking, damn, I need to step my game up. Look what these guys are doing from nothing. They’ve created more than a Western country has in 50 years. I mean, in London, they’re still trying to get the same tube stop build after five years and so here they’re bam, bam, bam so I’m always super inspired even by the highest level and they run this thing like a business and they’re always trying to improve.

1:48:48 It’s like inspiring. I agree, I agree. Yeah, we chose the best place in the world. It’s hard to go back to Europe, man. I mean, what’s it like when you go home to Sweden?

1:48:58 So I usually go there for a few weeks per year, like during summer and I actually like it because it also helps me remind myself where I came from and like how big progress I’ve done so that actually sometimes is very helpful because of course I get inspired by a lot but sometimes I also feel like, you know, even sometimes I feel like I’m poor, you know, which is so stupid. It’s also a beautiful thing, isn’t it? It’s like because, you know, you always have someone with a crazy Bugatti or like a private jet, like there’s always someone who’s going to like be worth billions more than you, you know, and it’s good but sometimes it also can make your head a little bit crazy, you know, and you forget what like what is real life.

1:49:39 Right, you lose gratitude in that sense when you’re, they say comparison is the thief of joy. Yeah, sometimes you see that and maybe your energy gets tweaked a little. Exactly, so we have to balance it. So I think it’s good to be inspired but it has to be balanced and not be comparing too much. And yeah, so when I go to Sweden, I’m back with my friends.

1:50:00 I was always friends with since I was a child, my family, my neighborhood, like since I was a child, like everything is very normal and like I kind of like to go back there sometimes. I wouldn’t want to live there but going back there just a few weeks per year and just like just reflecting on like wow, the person I am today, like imagine if little Carl could see me now, you know, it would be those are the moments where I feel very grateful and I’m like wow, like I did something great. I’m the person I always dreamt about being, you know.

1:50:36 Wow. So that’s cool. Do you think Western Europe can turn it around? I mean, it’s only getting worse, right? So I don’t know.

1:50:46 Like the safety is getting worse. I know London is horrible. Sweden is horrible. Most of Europe is very, very dangerous. I’ve had issues myself.

1:50:54 Many of my friends have issues. So it’s a danger zone. And yeah, just goes to show that, you know, politicians and governments, they don’t know always how to run things and honestly, like I’m starting to think they’re probably doing it deliberately, to be honest, like, how stupid can you be, you know? So I don’t know. I’m very disappointed.

1:51:19 And but the good thing with us is that we actually have the freedom of choosing where to live, right? But the problem with most people is that they don’t, like they’re stuck in their mindset, right? So they think they have to stay there. But that’s why it’s even more important that I teach the law of attraction so people can choose for themselves, like become a better person and become a successful person and leave if you are not happy where you are, you know, and choose a better place.

1:51:46 I think you have to vote with your feet, you know, if it’s not working, leave. And they have to get that feedback, you know? And I think the more people that do it, maybe they’ll realize it. But I don’t see it going anyway, but down for the next few generations, I don’t think they’re going to get a Trump or someone that can come in and like, you know, cut the waste and turn things around. And I just don’t see that happening in those countries.

1:52:08 So in the meantime, vote with your feet. Life is short, and that’s kind of… I think that’s true because some people, they are like, you know, in Sweden, especially like in these countries, they were like, oh, why are you leaving? Like, you should pay taxes in your country and blah, blah, blah. And like, dude, why should I pay taxes in a country where I don’t resonate with what the government is doing?

1:52:30 I don’t feel safe. Like, why should I pay to live where I don’t feel safe? They can’t even take care of my safety. Like, no, I’ll take my money, I’ll take my business, to a place where I resonate with, where I believe in the structures and I feel safe and I can live my life on my terms. That makes sense.

1:52:51 And who’s going to stop me from doing that, you know? And I think that’s perfectly fine. It’s not good for Sweden, I agree, but Sweden put themselves in that situation. There’s so many wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs that are leaving Europe because of the safety issue. Of course they will.

1:53:10 Like, you can’t even walk around with a watch on the street, you get stabbed. So, who would want to pay taxes to live in a country like that? And it’s only getting worse. So, that’s why it’s so important to live in Dubai for me. Maybe it’s the best thing we’re doing for these countries because they’ll stop and realize that they’re going to have to make some fundamental changes, you know, if they want to keep these people.

1:53:30 So, yeah. Talk to me about safety. You know, you’re a high-profile crypto person and these days it seems like there’s an incident here and an incident there. And so, first of all, what can you tell people about how to stay safe? And is it something you have to think about all the time?

1:53:46 And is that not very nice? Or are there things you can do for your own security? Obviously, I don’t share my location where I am in real time. If you look at my Instagram, you will always see my stories after I left the place, unless it’s Dubai. Dubai, I don’t care because it’s all safe.

1:54:03 But other countries, especially Europe, you will never see me post in Europe where I am because that’s just like a death sentence. And in certain countries, I will have bodyguards. I’m not the guy who wants to have bodyguards that are visible. I just keep usually one or two that are like, they look like they’re my friends and they’ll just like sometimes be in the background and that helps me feel secure. Just keep an eye on things and people.

1:54:28 Yeah, just checking. Checking. You have good ones because if you hire some local, sometimes they’re in cahoots with the local criminals, right? Actually, that’s a point. Yeah, like, usually the safest way to get bodyguards is to get two, one from two different companies.

1:54:44 So they also surveil each other. Okay. So yeah, yeah. Complicated, right? Yeah, it is.

1:54:50 And in certain countries, it’s very scary because yeah, they can be corrupt themselves. They can be the guy who literally takes you to the kidnappers, you know? Right. So yeah, it’s crazy. But yeah, safety first.

1:55:02 I think that’s very important. And I try to be mindful of it. Yeah. Okay. What’s your day-to-day look like?

1:55:10 Is it all about content creation? Is that an important thing that you have to intentionally do? Is it managing your companies and gaming companies? And then is it where you also get free time to be creative and, you know, work on your music career? What are the kind of things that you end up doing every day?

1:55:24 Okay, so I mean, every day I would say in Dubai, I go to the office usually in the morning, like 9am. Usually I have maybe one meeting in the morning in my apartment and then I come to the office. And then I’m in the office for a few hours. I have meetings. I talk to my employees.

1:55:40 I maybe have some guests that are coming in. And then after office, usually I would go for dinner. I don’t eat during the day, so I wait for dinner, then I eat. And then usually I go for either like some event or I go for go-karting or racing or playing paddle with some friends. And that’s like a normal Dubai day, I would say.

1:56:02 I like to go racing. So that’s something I do. And then I do travel quite often. So I recently bought some new cars, like some Ferraris. One of them is a track car.

1:56:15 So I’m going to start racing with the Ferrari Club Challenge now. So that’s going to be fun. And yeah, I like to do some like adventurous stuff. So I like to not be bored. So I like to be busy.

1:56:31 All right. And you like doing creative things as well. And you like doing content. You still stream on your YouTube channel daily once every couple of days. So on my crypto channel, The Moon Show, I make one video approximately every day.

1:56:42 We have a live stream there as well with Crypto Kid, as you know. And then I have my vlog channel where I just try to inspire people, which is not really a business, just for inspiration purposes. And then yeah, music is something that I love making. Like I’ve been making music since I was actually a kid, just not professionally. But I love playing guitar, writing songs.

1:57:04 And writing songs is actually, I would say my biggest passion, even bigger than Bitcoin. Wow. Yeah. How often do you write songs? I would say at least every other day.

1:57:14 Wow. Just a little bit. Like maybe something like just 15 minutes sometimes. Wow. But yeah, I would say like almost every day even.

1:57:21 People need to go check out your old videos because you were on like the American Idol equivalent, I think in Sweden. Yeah. And what’s that 10 years ago? Maybe more. More.

1:57:30 You’re like this young kid with the messy hair. But you’re on stage with a guitar going at it. And I know you said you were really nervous that day, but I thought you were pretty good. And you got a crazy voice, dude. You have a really good voice.

1:57:41 Thank you. I mean, people would be like, whoa, not what I expected. Yeah, because it’s very different from my crypto stuff. Because crypto and financial markets are very left brain and very analytical and very boring, right? Or boring, but like, yeah, that kind of vibe.

1:57:56 And music is the exact opposite. It’s creative right brain and emotions, yeah, feelings. So people were always very shocked when they see that I like to do that because it’s such a different version of me, a different image of me. But it is actually me. That’s the thing.

1:58:12 Like people don’t really know the true me. And yeah, but that’s what I want to give more of. So I’m writing songs and now I’m actually going to start, you know, producing some of my songs and give them out to people just because I just love making music. But you’re hesitant sometimes because still you have performance. You’re going to get judged.

1:58:33 You’re probably more nervous about dropping a song than you are an XRP trade, right? Probably, yeah, that’s true. Maybe not an XRP trade, a crypto trade. Yeah, no, but that’s true. Like, of course, there’s always going to be some perfectionism and some self-doubt about everything they do.

1:58:49 I have to battle with that. But I have this feeling that I am good at making songs, like writing songs. I feel like I have it. So I just need to remind myself every day that I want to connect with that feeling and then just make music. And also, I don’t want to make music to make money because I don’t care about making money anymore, like I made money.

1:59:11 So now it’s just for having fun. And like we talked about earlier in the podcast, you know, starting new journeys and like developing new skills and becoming a new version of yourself all the time. Like we are never a finished product. We can always do more. We can always learn more.

1:59:28 We can always, you know, and that’s what I’m doing. And music is going to be my next gift to people. Love it. Isn’t one of your tracks on Spotify like popped off recently, right? Popped off is a very strong way of putting it.

1:59:42 But I have a couple of songs there, five songs actually that I made when I was a teenager. And they are still up there. Yeah. You’ve got probably more views and listens than any other person in crypto. I mean, like, you know, on my Spotify, maybe.

1:59:58 Yeah, that’s I think my top song there has maybe like 200,000 streams. That’s crazy. I have like a thousand folders on Spotify. So it’s not very impressive, but that is impressive actually.

2:00:57 And I told you about that book by Rick Rubin called The Creative Act. You’re going to love that because he thinks, well, we are all creative.

2:01:17 You know, we used to think I’m not an artist or I’m not a this or I’m not a that, but we’re all creative as humans and you just got to let it flow and it’s part of who you are. And I think if more people just came in touch with that, you can be creative than anything you do. A meal can be creative. A loving act can be creative. A piece of music, a trade could be creative.

2:01:37 Yeah, I think it’s very good to use both brain helps in our life. If you get too stuck into one, I think it’s not best. We need to have a balance and symbiotic relationship between the two. And I’ve been suppressing the emotional side for too long. I’ve been suppressing music because actually, while I was becoming big in crypto, I thought that people will not respect me if I’m also making music because it’s like, it’s two different worlds.

2:02:07 But now I realized, first of all, I don’t care. Yeah, exactly. And second of all, why not, you know? So it should be fine. So yeah, I will connect both brain helps now and I think that can help me probably even on the analytical side.

2:02:21 I think both sides need to be nurtured and we should not neglect the one. No, it’s a beautiful thing, man. And still doing scary things and going into the beginner mind. That’s how you stay sharp. The Carl Moon obituary.

2:02:35 God forbid it doesn’t happen anytime soon, but say it’s 50 years from now. What are they going to write about you? What are you going to be remembered for? So what I want to be remembered for is actually definitely not money I made or any achievements of such things. I would say I want to be remembered as someone who inspired people to change their life.

2:03:02 Because I changed my life with the law of attraction and I know anyone can do it. Literally anyone. We’re all human. We’re all made from the same energy source, which is life source, which is what people call the universe or God. We’re all made from the same energy.

2:03:18 So if I can do it, anyone can do it. And that power lies within everyone. It’s not something you have to learn. Actually, it’s already there. You just have to tap into it.

2:03:29 And that’s what I want to tell people, remind people to do. And I want to be remembered as someone who did that. Because I think that’s very, very important. Powerful to change people’s lives. And of course, I want to do more charity as well.

2:03:49 But I think the biggest charity I can do is actually to change people’s lives. Because yes, I can give millions of dollars to a charity, which is great. And I do, and I will. But if I create a thousand millionaires, I mean, imagine the charity they can do. Then it’s exponential.

2:04:05 So I feel like that’s the biggest impact I can have. And that’s what I want to focus on. I want to ask you for two pieces of advice as we finish up here. I want one to the person out there who’s listening to this and they’re like, I know Carl’s right, but man, I had a terrible day today and my job is terrible. And I got a family to look after and I’m in debt.

2:04:30 And I know I need to be positive and I can’t be. So like, advice to them. And then I want to, after that, get your advice on people if they don’t know how to get into crypto. But maybe that first piece is important. What do you say to that person who has a hard time beginning or knowing where to begin?

2:04:48 What do they do? So I think, first of all, yes. It can be hard to change your mindset just right off the bat. It’s with anything same like if you go to the gym, the first day is going to be tough. The second day will be tough.

2:05:01 There will be resistance. But you have to just create a routine. And routines take months, I would say, to really get into your

2:05:12 Mindset and change your behavior. So changing your behavior takes time. So I think practicing the law of attraction and positivity, just two minutes per day, every day, and without fail, like actually doing it, that will change the routine and change the mindset about it. And I know that we will have struggles with negative thinking during the day. I have it as well sometimes.

2:05:36 But at least those two minutes per day with intentional positive thinking, I truly believe that the intentional thinking or positive thinking can cancel out this zombie negative thinking for a whole day if you just use full intention with it. And what are some of the things they can say to themselves? You said a few earlier that you do, but what are the kind of things they could say to themselves for two minutes? I mean, the obvious things are obviously like I am happy.

2:06:04 I am rich. I’m wealthy. I’m successful. I’m extraordinary. I’m a kind person.

2:06:11 I’m a good friend. I’m a good boss. We should tell ourselves these things that we want to be as if we are them already and allow ourselves to tap into that energy of being that. So I could go on. Sometimes I can go on for 10 minutes and just come up with a bunch of things but health and wealth and happiness and those are the things I think are very important to anyone.

2:06:41 But what’s the very important thing I think with the law of attraction is to actually really know what it is that you want because most people don’t really know what they want and then you can’t attract anything. You need to be crystal clear. This is what I want and then visualize it as if it already happened. And then I can guarantee you if you do that over at least six months. I mean, I will say forever, like don’t even stop at six months forever.

2:07:07 Just keep doing it. I guarantee you that reality will happen. It’s a fact. It’s just like gravity. If I take my watch and I drop it here, it will fall.

2:07:18 Gravity doesn’t lie. Gravity doesn’t care about your opinion about it. It’s a fact. It’s a law of nature and law of attraction is such. So that’s what’s so important to tune into it and know that it’s there.

2:07:32 Whether you know it or not or like it a lot or not. The law of attraction is there to be tapped into. It’s the universe. It’s God. It’s whatever you want to call it.

2:07:40 It’s right there. Ready to assist us. But we have to make the choice to allow that to happen. And yeah, I think that’s what people need to realize. And then just two minutes per day.

2:07:53 The fourth time I say that for two minutes per day. It’s like it’s nothing. And so the thoughts and the words turn into behaviors. And if you just keep repeating them, like you said, the subconscious doesn’t know. And pretty soon you start acting like that person.

2:08:04 You become the happy person. You become the wealthy person. You become the great boss, the great friend. And then everything builds off the back of that. And it’s probably the single biggest thing you could do to change your life.

2:08:16 That’s the crazy thing. Like get a degree or no. This is probably the most effective thing you could do, especially with two minutes a day. That we have the biggest change. It’s actually, I think, the only way because other things you can other things don’t really change your life.

2:08:34 You’re kind of like, yeah, you can get a degree. You can get another job. But if you have that same mentality, it’s a little bit like in variations of already kind of the normal, like it’s not really extraordinary, right? But to make it like a quantum leap, there is nothing in your environment right now you can do to take a quantum leap. It has to come from within because it doesn’t come from outside.

2:08:59 It comes from inside with the universal power of energy and the quantum physical world. You know, you have the quantum physical strings of energy in this world. Everything is energy. And the only way to change energy is by changing our energy. And that’s how you do the quantum leap.

2:09:19 And that’s what I did. If you look at me today from like eight years ago, like seven years ago, it’s clearly two different realities. Like it’s two different universes. And if I had not taken that quantum leap, I would have lived in that parallel universe where I’m probably still in the supermarket. Or maybe worse, maybe I lost that job.

2:09:43 Maybe I would have ended up in the streets because honestly, I was so depressed also back then. I couldn’t even take care of myself. So taking that quantum leap changed my reality. And I attracted this alternate reality where I am the best person I can be. And like I said, work in progress.

2:10:02 I’m still working on it. But I’m happy I did that. And everyone has that alternate reality waiting to tap into. And you look different than you did back then. It’s weird.

2:10:16 All of that manifests itself in your energy today. They said, there’s that old phrase, I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it, that says, hell is meeting the person at the end of your life that you could have been. And so just imagine you get to that day, you’re 70 or 80, whatever it is, and you’re going up to heaven or wherever you’re going, and you meet the person you could have been. And you’re like, what? Oh my God.

2:10:38 This is a great person. That’s incredible life. And that it’s you making different choices. Yeah, that’s a great way of putting it because that would be so depressing. True.

2:10:48 And I think when we eventually lay in our death bed, I don’t think we will ever regret things that we did or tried to do. But imagine the regret of what we could have done, but we just never even tried. You know, like imagine someone who loves music and didn’t even really try to make a push to become an artist or someone who loves cars and just sat in the grocery store the whole life and didn’t really, you know, if we live with such regrets, I think that’s bad. So that’s why the best way is to just try and do and act because the worst thing that can happen is that we fail.

2:11:29 But at least it’s better to regret that than to regret never trying at all, you know? I think we should not be afraid of failing. People are way too afraid of failing, you know, to leave their comfort zone. And that’s why they will, unfortunately, die in their comfort zone because they’re too comfort and too used to it, you know, too afraid. Yeah, you always want to take action.

2:11:54 One of my mentors said, he always says, in the cosmos of time, none of the decisions you’re going to make in your life will mean anything or matter. They just won’t. Even the one you’re stressing about right now. And I had to make a couple of big decisions recently, and I just thought about what he said and thought, you know what, a thousand years from now, it will not matter. So why the hell do I care?

2:12:14 And again, you’re going to get so much great feedback from that decision. You’re going to win or learn, as I tell my two boys, that I think it’s a great way for people to think about those decisions. And action is the way you’re really going to get where you want to go. Action, yes. And also, I think, so words and thoughts, all of this is energy, but also action is energy.

2:12:34 Action is showing yourself and the universe that you believe in yourself because you’re taking action. You’re not afraid because why would you be if you take action, right? So taking action, I think, is probably the most potent energetic move we can make. And it can be in any direction. The first action doesn’t have to lead to the result, but it will lead you into the energetic flow that eventually will give you that opportunity or intuition to eventually find your way.

2:13:04 And I think that’s very important to just take action in any direction, parallel with the visualization. And I truly believe that the law of attraction is not about visualizing in your sofa and then just sleeping there and don’t get up and then everything will come to you. No, it’s about visualizing. And then taking the first step so that the universe can meet you halfway. The universe rewards people that are brave enough to take that first step.

2:13:35 That’s why entrepreneurs get rewarded. They’re brave. They take that first act of energy. They’re showing themselves in the universe. I’m here.

2:13:45 I’m confident. I’m going to do it. I’m not afraid to fail. And they get rewarded. So that’s what we have to do.

2:13:51 We have to take risk and be brave. I’m thinking about that line, maybe from the Bible. God helps those who help themselves, right? It’s kind of like the universe meeting you halfway. Yeah, I didn’t even know about that, but that’s a great way of phrasing it.

2:14:06 There are passages in the religious scriptures that I resonate very well with. For example, also, faith can move mountains or like asking you shall receive. If you just ask the universe and if you really believe in it, like if you have faith and belief, then you can actually move mountains. A mountain is actually just energy. And if you think of it this way, then yeah, you can do anything in life.

2:14:30 Just have faith and visualize it. Speaking of action, how do people get involved in crypto if they don’t know about it, if they don’t understand it, if they’re scared of it? I mean, let’s be honest, it’s most of the world right now and they look at it and they don’t get it. People must ask you this all the time. What do you tell people?

2:14:48 So I think the best way to get into crypto is to first learn about Bitcoin before you start dabbling into altcoins because Bitcoin is the most important thing like we discussed. So when you understand Bitcoin and what money is, then I think you can graduate into other parts of crypto and that’s the most important thing. And then of course, where to learn about Bitcoin. So when I learned about Bitcoin, it was only from YouTube because back in 2017, there was really not much.

2:15:21 You had to go to YouTube, Reddit, Twitter. And even today, I think that’s basically the case. Like you don’t really learn about crypto in schools, right? So it’s online. I don’t have a course or anything.

2:15:33 So it’s not like I can recommend that. But all information in the world is actually always available free online, right? We just have to be mindful and critical thinkers when we look at it. But learning about Bitcoin online is very free and very easy actually on YouTube, on Twitter. And yeah, I think that’s important.

2:15:53 Learn about Bitcoin and money. Yeah, so important. What’s the best place for people to follow you? Is it Twitter or YouTube? I mean, yeah, I guess YouTube.

2:16:02 Instagram, Twitter, Carl Moon or The Moon Show, Carl Moon Vlogs. I have so many different socials nowadays, it’s crazy. I think you have probably like 30 YouTube channels because they have also voiceover channels and stuff. So I can’t keep track. But if you search my name, Carl Moon, you will find it somewhere.

2:16:21 Well, look, I just want to say thank you. I mean, it’s really important to have big figures like you out there for people to look up to, you know? And I’m sure some people look at you and say, oh, that’s the crypto bro with the Bugatti and they’re giving people the wrong impression. I disagree, man. It shows people and it shows power.

2:16:34 And I think about the whole crypto space, like you’re one of the very top people out there that put out a great message and an inspirational message. And man, every time I interviewed you in the past, we spoke, we talked a little bit about crypto and you are into the law of attraction from the beginning. And I think that’s such a powerful message because it can empower anybody around the world. And now that I’ve been practicing it kind of daily for a few years, man, it’s the most powerful thing I’ve ever done.

2:17:00 And so I really hope people can take that and take it to the next level. Yeah, hopefully anyone who watched this, now the whole podcast, I think, yeah, the law of attraction, that’s my number one message. Everything else is secondary. Crypto is cool. Music is cool.

2:17:15 Everything is cool. But like law of attraction because I want everyone to really change their life. Right. That’s the key that opens up everything else. And without it, you’re not going to have anything because you could, you know, make a million off of a coin.

2:17:27 But if you’re still in that same prisoner mentality, it’ll probably be gone. So it’s the most important thing you can do and it all starts in your brain. It’s like the opposite of everything we’ve been taught. Yeah, it all starts there. Carl, thanks so much, man.

2:17:40 Thank you. I appreciate it. I hope we can do this in a few years and see where you’re at then. But I’m sure you’re going to keep evolving. So thanks so much.

2:17:46 Super inspirational. Thank you, bro. Thank you, Brian. Amazing. Always a pleasure.

2:17:49 My pleasure, man. Seriously. Thank you, bro. And I just want to say thank you to Web3 TV. We’ll see you next time.
