Becoming Supernatural
In 1986, Dr Joe Dispenza was hit by an SUV while biking in a triathlon.
He was 23 years old.
He suffered six compression fractures in his vertebrae and found himself in the hospital facing a horrible decision. Either choose to implant a Harrington rod in his back or choose not to have the surgery. The surgery would be extremely painful and invasive, leaving him with chronic pain but the chance to walk again. If he chose not to have the surgery, his doctors were certain he’d be left paralysed.
Cut to present day, Dr Joe Dispenza is fully healed. He chose not to have the surgery, and after twelve weeks of visualisation every day, he was able to fully recover and start training again.
So how did he do it?
