Brian Rose sits down again with Tim Shieff, and both men reflect on how much they have changed in the 18 months since they first met. Brian has watched Tim grow from a short-haired freerunner into a seasoned, spiritual thinker, while Brian has grown into his own role as host of London Real, a change Tim was not shy about pointing out.
Tim is first and foremost a vegan. He has embraced the cause wholeheartedly and pursues it relentlessly, often in the face of harsh criticism, because for him veganism is a movement the world must accept sooner or later. He also practises what he preaches: just a few days after this interview he was arrested during a peaceful protest at the Climate Change March in London after scaling a building wearing a mask.
Who is Tim Shieff?
