I check my e-mail, reply to some London Real fans and answer a few comments on our latest YouTube episode.
I go to the gym and do some breakdance, Brazilian jiu-jitsu or whatever is on the schedule for that day.
I interview someone for the show. This could be an MMA coach, stand-up comedian or a world championship boxer.
Check e-mail again.
I open up an international call as part of one of my online courses. Here I empower students to build a better version of themselves.
I eat dinner at home and spend some quality time with Marianna and the kids.
I listen to one of my favourite podcasts until I get sleepy.

MEET MAX KEELING
Max worked hard at his banking job for years.
One day, he realised if he were to work that hard on his own business, the possibilities would be limitless.
Already a fan of London Real, he came across our episode with James Altucher, and started following James’s advice to write down 10 ideas a day.
The more ideas Max came up with, the more excited he got about what he could do.

MEET JON MCMAHON
Jon had success well over a decade ago in the dot-com boom.
