2 chicken breasts
4 large eggs
75 green lentils
250 ml coconut milk
1 juiced lime and grated zest
1/2 fresh lime
1 lemon
1 large onion
1 small chilly
2 clove garlic
1 inch ginger
3 cardamom pods
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 table spoons oil
1 round spoon turmeric powder ( we can talk about it for a bit amazing properties )
1 teaspoon fenugreek powder
Bunch of fresh thyme
500 ml chicken stock
50 ml white wine
