What an ignorant statement – “They (girls) don’t know what a squat is.” Brain what a horrible sexist comment. You sound like an old man – girls, do you mean women? BTW, we are allowed to lift too.

I didn’t really like this interview. The questions were great but they were not answered. Almost every answer was some sort of “push through”. Not really science based when it comes to calories too. I understand and agree that calorie counting is good, but he makes it sound like energy difference is energy in minus energy out. But this is not an equality, it is actually causality. Carb timing, protein timing, sources of what we eat… he left a lot on the table unanswered or wrongly answered. I understand that he knows about this stuff, but I’m not very pleased… Read more »

Calories are the enemy, consistency and hard work ethic, you have to make mistakes to learn, stick to what works for you, taking time to reflect, looking into your personal interests and passions. Great nuggets in this interview. A very inspirational guy with alot of common sense! Thank you
