About quitting alcohol : i quit wine after Ayahuasca #6 and all forms of alcohol after Bufo Alvarius #1. Ayahuasca reset me to when i did not appreciate wine, and Bufo Alvarius made me realize i could not be my true self with alcohol and simply made me want to be me more than to drink. No regrets, very little temptation, i can be around drinks & drinkers, go to bars etc, i have little to no frustration from the absence of a cold beer.
Hope this helps some of you out there.

I think I will realize that same thing at some point. I feel the exact same way but haven’t done ayahuasca yet or Bufo Alvarious, which i just looked up btw. A psychedelic toad?! What was that like?

@londonrealtv Thank you so much as followed the advice with regard to protein and I’m back at my fighting weight 😉 but the main thing is I feel so much better; I have more energy and I feel stronger. Thank you and thank you Jamie Alderton! 🙂

Thanks to Google: What isn’t fat mass is considered “lean body mass” which consists of your bones, muscles, hair, water, and miscellaneous stuff. So no, it’s not just muscle! Yikes so I need to eat 129.8g of protein… no wonder I was hungry!

Help with calculating protein please.
Could anyone tell me if you’re using smart scales do you take the weight given for muscle (which doesn’t include water on mine) or do I work out my weight less my fat percentage and multiply this by 1.2g please? Any help much appreciated 🙂
