Shawn Vij – Moral Fiber

Shawn Vij is an accomplished business leader who has over 25 years of Industry and Consulting experience. He has worked in various leadership positions for Ford Motor Company, Ernst & Young, VISA, Deloitte Consulting, Microsoft, and Intel Corporation.

He holds an MBA from Purdue University; MS in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech.

Shawn was raised in the Midwest and now resides in the Pacific Northwest.

Why does he not want to give the name of the book that his holiness recommmended? I think we can all benefit if he would be willing to share that.


I am happy Shawn was able to make a change. The problem with anger is the damage you do to others. He sat in his house alone eating a sandwich with his wife and child gone. I think about the pain and fear he inflicted on them to cause his wife to leave a big house with her child. It’s great he changed himself and his daughter, who her mother protected from him, has forgiven him because she has never felt the pain of his anger.
