Hi,

Sometimes, there is an inconsistency between the browser version and Flash.
Old versions of Flash can sometimes cause problems with websites.
You can try to update the Flash on your browsers. 🙂

hahaha….times did change. When I was in school (Switzerland) a good 45-50 years ago…..we were educated shit….none about alcohol, drugs…not even cigarettes (at that time everybody and his grandma did smoke and drink anyways…xd), nothing about life dangers at all. Instead we had to memorize all the lakes and rivers in our country…..very helpful stuff….lol.
No miracle the 80ties hit me like a tsunami, lots of it i do not even remember…….well, at least I survived it….^^

Would have been really interested in what he has to say about power naps. I swear by them.

I have ALWAYS been a deep sleeper since I was a child. I had a major fall 8 years ago breaking my tailbone. Having to be on pain management. I had to “withIN” calling to take myself off of all pain medication- and successfully did! (It’s all about trusting that you will be ok) Anyhow, since then (going on 1 month now) I can NOT sleep. My body will be extremely tired – as I am physically active everyday – but I just lay there. The most time I will stay asleep is at max 2 hours- then waken up… Read more »

what u describe fits exactly to the symptoms I had bout 2 years ago, it started with hurting my ischias-nerve and my back….extreme pain. And after that, the sleeplessness begann, out of nowhere….restless legs, exactly….drove me fuckin crazy. Had it for total a good year and a half (I have no clue, how I could take it)…..nothing did help. Then I started to drink selfmade ginger tea…..cut the ginger, brew it up…drink it….3 times a day. After 2 or 3 days already the restless legs started to become less and less. After 1 week NO RESTLESS LEGS….but when I didnt… Read more »

Pain is a neurological message to the brain, if you can manage the flow of energy then you can manage the oain.

Dude, I talk of serious pain…the one that makes you pass out(happened twice)….how the heck u wanna control anything, if u wake up on the floor. The message was clear anyways, I did lift too much weight the wrong way….lesson learned….xd.

Fascinating. Thank you again Brian for bringing us another intriguing interview. I can’t express my gratitude to you for these interviews, from this one to Lowkey to Flex Wheeler and other interviews about psychedelics, business etc. Your work ethic in delivering these interviews and getting the best out of these people is much appreciated to us viewers.

I would have loved to have heard some comments from Matthew in regard to the afternoon siesta that so common in some parts of the world. Is there any benefits to it in combination to the ‘perfect sleep’, or even for that matter, broken sleep?

Also, the ‘power nap’ that I have come across with some professions in hi stress jobs who swear by their power naps in order to perform consistently through out their day.

I guess, I’ll buy the book and see what I can see.
