Got back into this sexy workout today with 28kg and 20kg ‘bells. 9mins, which I’m pretty pleased about given I was tired and in a gym with no air-con in 30 degree heat! Next time around, I’ll pick up the 32kg kettlebell that was looking at me while I did the workout…

Got my ass handed to me. 14:53 with 16 and 24kg. Looking forward to a rematch in the near future!

Crazy times that you guys achieved there! On paper it felt like 6 min. I ended up with 11:35. I will do it again next week under 10 min, so there`s my first challenge. I used 24 / 16 kg. Hey Brian + LRA’ers, Took the challenge, video at link. This was as much an exercise in me posting video (or pictures) of myself publicly for the first time – something I have purposely avoided to this point because I have preferred to be more private – but obviously to be a KPI I need to do the exact opposite so time to jump in. Managed 6:05 today, but with a much lower load, so doesn’t really count. Will try to knock it down to less than 6 tomorrow anyway

6.10… 32kg/20kg had to do 2 x 16’s for swings.

I need to admit I was doing 30 burpees a day for last two weeks and used a lightweight medicine ball with handles rather than KB, need to up weight

wow! i tried this out in the gym today. “Kettlebell hell” is very aptly named.

Good work everyone!! This workout is no joke, whatever size Bells you use. Make sure you start small as the snatch can do a number on your back if you don’t use good form. Jon the 20kg snatches for A START is a bit intense! I do this once a week and your times will drop as you’ll find you can cut your breaks to 60 seconds (only 2 of them!!) Have you ever tried to see how many KB swings you can do in 20 minutes with 20kg KB, Its a tough challenge, would love to see how many swings you do.
