IRONMIND * – The Movie

* “Ironmind – The Movie” is not affiliated with Ironmind Enterprises, Inc., the owner of the trademark IRONMIND®

This is the story of my challenge to race the Ironman 70.3 triathlon with just 90-days to train on a 100% plant-based diet under the guidance of the hardcore punk icon John Joseph (lead singer of the Cro-Mags). Making this movie forced me to confront the dark demons from my past, including a struggle with drug addiction and subsequent overdose.

I hope this movie will inspire millions worldwide to face their demons head on and heal themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. Much love to you, Brian.

:). Write a letter to Little Brian – to your 6 yo self. You’re a father now, so those words will come easier. Thanks for showing us the struggle and how human you are. Easy to lose on a digital platform. This was real and raw and I love it. Thanks, nadeen
