Wow, it costs him $87,600 a year to heat that place, assuming the weather never warms up there. That’s intense. I wonder what the total cost of maintenance and upkeep is on the place.

Brian- yes I fucking love Dan, he’s no bollox approach is so refreshing and I’m gonna get to his castle seminar- ‘but’ it’s the same soup reheated! I thought this was a proper tour of his house and the castle, man!? It left me wanting to see the golf course- you even walked passed the wine cellar without sticking your nut in to have a look! Annoying mate!

Beautiful castle. Very interesting hearing about it. Dan understandably has great pride in it. I was disappointed in the video because it started off as a castle tour, then morphed into a mentoring session for Brian due to Brian’s questions. The kicker was as the video ends Brian asks “Can you show me the rest of the castle?” What about the LR viewers seeing the rest of the castle also?

Liked many points Dan addressed here and specially the end..he showed humble human self. Why is not having the solar or air central heater station? Technology is advanced nowadays even Tesla batteries wud make amazing work.
It feels sometimes as he lives in a race with something..and i missed the story with the ghost 🙂 but i hope they are still now.

Really amazing stuff Brian! I see a lot of bad rap about Dan and him being a con-artist but the more you actually listen to him, the more you realize that he is quite genuine. The only thing it that he is quite over the top hehe. There’s a lot of things he says that is sometimes a bit much but I can relate to a lot of it.

The intro looked like an invitation to sell your soul to Satan. Dark images! BUT I loved the film. Brian’s narration sounded a lot like the old detective stories. The detective, from the 60’s (his name Mr.__,keeps escaping me) I wrote down every quote I could. The film is great advertising for Brian and Dan. The content was great! Inspiring! Now I want to do LA all over again and I want to do the castle bootcamp! Scary! I moved into a new space like Brian did years ago but let my new husband talk me out of it. I… Read more »
