Crazy thing is, I was bed ridden with diarrhea 20 times a day ad healed myself through meditation “where I would summon up the most incredible feeling, practice summoning that feeling, and keep triggering the feeling all day everyday. It was very simple to explain but also very hard because your mind is trying to distract you. (Took me 6 months and 6 months in, i felt like I was living for the first time in my 30 years of life!) I don’t know exactly what Dispenza teaches, but the general premise here is correct (AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER… Read more »

Amazing episode Brain and Dr. Dispenza! I am going to get my mom to sign up for London Real so she and my grandma can watch this episode and many more. What an amazing contribution Joe is giving to the world. I truly believe we are on a different plane as a society and are moving towards being more united. We need to heal the world and I want to do my part to help as well. Time to start with myself first…

Great interview! I love this guy and his teachings. I was a little disappointed in what he said about Africa and HIV towards the end of the interview. I’m a 39 year old South African male an I have never even met someone with HIV. But great interview nevertheless.

Great interview. The comment about everyone in African having HIV was unfortunately very ignorant.

I think it was just a poor choice of words. He didn’t literally mean everyone. I thought he just meant that it is a huge problem across Africa, and that many people have the virus there, much more so than most other parts of the world.

I enjoyed this a great deal, and was very sceptical to begin with. But I love his enthusiasm, and apparent lack of ego. He is clearly really passionate about what he has experienced and wants to share it with the world. He makes what others deem esoteric and mystical seem normal, which it is. We are just unaccustomed to being aware of that level of our consciousness. I see no reason not to view your own life as an experiment, and to take an active role in your own health+happiness. What is there to lose in trying?

Dr Joe
Not everybody in Africa has AIDS. And Africa is made out of 54 different countries in Africa. Surely the woman who got healed came from one of them and not all of them. And maybe most of the people (and certainly not all) in her village might have had HIV. I am an African but do not have and never had HIV

Dr Joe – Not everyone in Africa has AIDS. A lot of people do, but not everyone! You should come and visit Cape Town and see….. We would love to have you visit. Really first class wine here too 😉
