In 1982 I’ve had the privilege to meet Mike Mentzer. Since then I am a great advocate of HIT. Dorian is the right person to pass the HIT message on. There is only one way. The way of ‘One more’.

I guess Dorian Yates never did any olympic weightlifting. yes, the point is to get the weight from a to b, but if you don’t move properly, the weight is never going to make it to b.

Nice seeing you give your all during that leg workout! Training legs is always hard work, so well done for accepting DYs challenge. HIT training is definitely productive for making steady gains in muscle size, but for those who are not from the bodybuilding or fitness world, one should point out that there are other ways of training that produce good results too.
