I guess Dorian Yates never did any olympic weightlifting. yes, the point is to get the weight from a to b, but if you don’t move properly, the weight is never going to make it to b.

The only thing that I don’t like about the whole fuckin game is the game itself when they deny the taste of the success then and now, and he keeps repeating over and over that bodybuilding, itself can’t help you or fulfil your hunger, the big name, the pictures worldwide, the fame from just lifting heavy weights, come on, you can tell how much he is trying to keep this business under his name only, Arnold is very much smarter.

Nice seeing you give your all during that leg workout! Training legs is always hard work, so well done for accepting DYs challenge. HIT training is definitely productive for making steady gains in muscle size, but for those who are not from the bodybuilding or fitness world, one should point out that there are other ways of training that produce good results too.
