I needed this… I have been in a battle with myself for a while… I know I have what it takes, I pushed myself to succeed. Then I got comfortable, I’ve been working on myself, my mind, finding myself. I just realized while writing this, I have been fucking lying to myself, determination to reach my desired outcome peaked, I knew in my mind I wanted more but that peak has been my ceiling. By way of suggestion: I would like it if a date was given to show the dates that each of the London Real interviews were conducted.

Roger That. I read Living With A SEAL before David Goggins became so well known. After his identity was revealed at the end of the book, I was fascinated by him and studied him and devoured every podcast and article I could find on the man. All I can say is “Goggins” is my spirit animal which guides me through sufferfests, vision quests, and endurance challenges. I am born again hard.

One of my personal heroes. His story as a kid growing up with a fucked up dad is very similar to mine. I’m 39 years old, and I’m still here.
