Wow motivational – one perspective relating to money & comfort – are the “lucky people” who are born into wealth, who don’t have the discomfort to come out of, are these lucky people less likely to get out their comfort zone? Is it harder in some ways for them to face the dark tunnel because they have the comforts and the means to just exist, a life without meaning. It is surely an advantage to be born wealthy, from a monetary point of view, but from point of view of finding your mission, accomplishing your goals, doing what it takes,… Read more »

So fucking inspirational! Probably the best guest on London Real because he’s very tough but also vulnerable – so real. Dan Peña would love this guy.

I stopped putting the necessary effort in, and if you’re not going up… you’re going down. “all failures are opportunity for growth” PS I wrote this… Read more »

By way of suggestion: I would like it if a date was given to show the dates that each of the London Real interviews were conducted.

Roger That. I read Living With A SEAL before David Goggins became so well known. After his identity was revealed at the end of the book, I was fascinated by him and studied him and devoured every podcast and article I could find on the man. All I can say is “Goggins” is my spirit animal which guides me through sufferfests, vision quests, and endurance challenges. I am born again hard.

The human being as so far i can see it is in lack of genuine empathy and compassion. A rare few can rise above and express warmth. It takes the bravest of soul to be able to look you in the eye and feel your humanity. The weakness lies in the projection, the depth lies in the understanding. Which goes for self and others. People will stand by and watch a man rot, before they will put their hand on his shoulder and show warmth. I have been weak and vulnerable, which people embrace with attack. We can’t stand awkwardness,… Read more »
