probably the best interview I have ever heard, A true gentlemen

I searched pubmed there are literally are no studies showing that vegans and vegetarians have lower IQ’s or that by switching your IQ drops. The best evidence to support his view was a study that found giving vegans and vegetarians creatine raised their IQ however that study didn’t test non-vegans. Later a follow up study did test both meat eaters and non and the findings actually showed that at base line IQ in both groups were equal and given creatine vegan and vegetarians ended up with an advantage. Another study found higher IQ levels correlated with becoming vegan and vegetarian.… Read more »

By far one of my favorite interviews. I have like 2 pages of notes and I never do that. Perfect effort Brian.

This guy incredible so much information I’m learning so much

Where is the link to the “Brain hacking” book he says he’s going to offer your audience? 2:02:40 mark.

Peter Mikulina

Jenny Mayola

Glad you enjoyed this episode. You’re welcome Peter! 🙂

Loved this. The stuff on nuero transmitters was awesome. Also loved some of the quotes Charles had. Oh, had absolutely no trouble with the video.

Jenny Mayola

Thanks James! 🙂

He mentioned a free e-book anyone got a link?

I did not understand why going Vegan as a athlete is bad according to him?
Can somebody exlpain me?

He thinks vegan protein is by fa. Inferior and hinders and Athletes Performance. My guess is he probably has the research to back it up.

Great interview. Ive followed londonreal for quite a bit and see the same qualities and vibes with charles its like a dream come true i wish for this to happen seen this interview its great 2 people i look up to together. And see that side of charles its great. Always learning from the best. Its about the journey.

I’ll take John Joseph’s hard core IQ over Charles R. Poliquin ignorance.

Just excellent. Thanks a lot. Please, what is the link he mentioned to his e-book about brain hacking? Thanks in advance.

What a great man, very inspiring.

Amazing interview. Wow

Great content but incredibly frustrating video player. Perhaps consider releasing this in a podcast or audio-only format option as it’s been nearly impossible to get through the interview.

Please try lowering the video quality by clicking the cog icon on the player toolbar.
A lot of factors affect video playback quality and most of them are on the viewer’s side such as internet connection, outdated Flash player, outdated browser and even the computer’s RAM. You can also try to use other browsers. 🙂
