Thanks for being outspoken about those things that help you keep well both physically and mentally. More people need to integrate those elements you are talking about and we need more work environment that understand and allow for that too, like being able to feed yourself well and strike a good work/life balance to feel well, happy and energised. Meditation and good quality and quantity sleep are on top on my list and have changed my outlook on life. ?
