Thank you!!!! I have my moments. Live video comes off better because it’s improv. When I have a script… I need to work on that. You’ll see the difference in my upcoming trailer, last minute script! Bah! I’ll loosen up for the actual interview ๐Ÿ˜‰ Of course, we are our harshest judges, right?

Hey everyone,
I’m back – after some progress on the motorcycle video tutorials I was mentioning 3 months ago …
and so I’m very excited to launch the YouTube channel to cover this aspect.
1 success to speak of is finally publishing the work; hurdles and challenges include promoting the channel, and continuing to learn about editing and video production in general and specifically to recording in traffic. More videos to come (that I’m currently editing; heh’he)

Hi everyone, It’s easy to find hurdles more than success ! I have to work on it ๐Ÿ™‚ So 3 successes : 1. A big accomplishment is that I did my challenge and I published two posts on my new blog and shared it with everyone on Facebook. I overcame my fear of judgement from others and I feel happy and proud of that.
On the other hand, I felt quite down the last week especially because I couldn’t see any meaning in life and I didn’t know which direction I should go. I felt a lot of pressure to improve and to build something, but I don’t know what it should be. More in the video

I really admire the vulnerability, man! Really. You are not alone – I’ve been finding myself thinking and feeling more or less the same as you lately. I wanted to overcome the fear of rejection so:
in the last 3 weeks I managed to reach 6 new customers and 2 of them are very interesting for my company
(Thanks to Miroslav Miguel Jindra I added quantity and time in my task)
For the future I have to find a mentor. On Wednesday I’m going to have a meating with a business coach to find a new strategy to make my business stronger.

Accomplishments: Filming myself in public, following up on LRA tasks/challenges, connected with new people, and went to bjj 2 times a week. My struggle was that it took a long time for me to film/upload my video’s for LRA. I’ll improve this. It requires more on the spot thinking, which I want to stimulate. I want to give a special thanks to Dan for inspiring me with his video replies. Your video reply kept me accountable for actually doing my DARE challenge. Hey Sander, I’m happy about your accomplishments. Filming yourself in public seems like a big challenge so congratulations on that.
I think that you can solve your problem with making videos late by reserving a half an hour or so of your time for that and after reading the instructions and maybe watching one or two videos of other people just think of what you can say until you find it. Don’t allow yourself to leave this task for later and just do it at the given time frame.

Thanks Alf. I recently read the “4 Hour Work week” and really liked an idea that relates to your passion comment. Tim Ferris said that finding your passion is a really hard question to answer. He suggested focusing on what excites you. If you move toward those things that excite you, you are bound to find passion and happiness. Identifying exciting possibilities seems like an easier question to answer so that is what I have been focused on. Hope it helps.

Hey Dan, I think your communication is quite good and you don’t need to worry about it. Although more practice probably won’t hurt. At the moment, I feel kind of lost in my life, so I can totally understand your not being sure about your purpose. Health is a real big privileg we got and it’s priceless, I realize everday how fragil it is and how much care we have to take of it. So I don’t know how directly help you handle this hurdle, just stay positive and get well soon, taking medicine and taking good, healthy foods to you, working in a vascular cardio way!

Hi Cal! I believe that I can help you out with eliminating snacking out of your life. It is a very difficult temptation to resist. I have done many fasts in my life. Hunger was NEVER the issue. It wasn’t difficult because I would get hungry. Fasts were difficult because my emotions were not fed. Snacking has a very deep emotional connection. On a more scientific note, it is also the pathogenic bacterias in us claiming their daily treats. Try just drinking water instead and get some chickory root to chew on when you feel like snacking. Hi John, Nice meeting you. I’m enrolled in the Business Accelerator too, so I guess I’ll be seeing you there! I feel similarly in that it’s taking me a little time to get in the groove with the Create and Connect program, but I’m getting it and feeling good about it. The cold showers have been touch and go for me too, but I’m making progress there too. Hi Athony. Great! It really sounds that you have had a great month.:) I totally understand that you have problems with being more active at the Academy. Please, don’t feel bad about it and don’t put so much pressure on yourself. It’s the same for me. Nice one Cez! I have slowly learnt from my wife two key things about eating good food consistently 1) Slow cook a large meal Sunday night for your breakfast – that way it is a 2-3min reheat every morning- easy! 2) Always cook extra at night so that you have lunch good to go the next day. Thank you Pete! The change in life always brings out the emotions we keep deep in side, and when its time to dig them out and face them it can create the feeling of doubt. This is pretty much what I was feeling when I was recording this video. I like to take days like today as a challenge, pushing through it and moving forward.

My target market really is anyone who resonates with me and is frustrated that they’re not getting what they want out of life.
Assumed characteristics > female and male 25-40+ years of age probably middle income earners +, have previously experienced success on some level with past goals. In the life stage of working or having finished studies…

Have you launched a business website yet and did you do some local advertising? I always found the best kind of advertising is through word-of-mouth but of cause this is very difficult when you just started your business. Would be the Business Accelerator something for you? I’m on my way with getting a logo and basic website developed. My short term plan is actually very modest – my main priority in life is spending time with family, so initially I aim to work with 1-2 people per week maximum and grow my client base organically whilst I still have a full time job.

Camera work and music made for entertaining viewing ๐Ÿ™‚ Especially like your successes – IMHO I think without making connections with other people you might be doing all the rights things but it could still just feel ’empty’, if you now what I mean? Completely agree on needing regular dare weeks! Oh yes! BTW my morning routine became significantly easier when I realised I had to go to bed earlier ( I know…obvious right!) and I set my night time routine an hour early – made it so much easier to get up and at it!

Bryant – how would you know if you were expressing yourself fully? Like what would you be seeing, doing, hearing and feeling? I can relate to your successes! – I started doing the ‘5 min journal’ three weeks ago. I like it but I feel myself ‘going through the motions’ filling it out. For me I think it misses out truly getting me into a state of gratitude and an empowering state through the affirmations – the gratitude walk sounds spot on though! I did three days of it. On the third day I was feeling super angry – so I did another A.M and lost my voice ๐Ÿ™‚ I know I’d have to do more A.M to have an opinion backed up by experience but at this stage the quiet meditation is revealing more useful and humbling information than A.M – More importantly Bryant – how about you?!

Hey Matt, I added 30 burpees to my morning routine. I’ve been at it for about a week now, and I think I’m already noticing I’m getting a little stronger. They aren’t easy! They seem so simple, but so far I haven’t been able to get 20 in a row without stopping. That’s my goal for this coming week.
