Read A Book A Day Challenge

BODY & MIND™ READ A BOOK A DAY CHALLENGE

READ A BOOK A DAY CHALLENGE ACTIVITY

“The more you learn, the more you earn”

That is how Tai Lopez put himself on the map.

Instead of finding out all the hard lessons by himself, he learned from all the journeys other successful people have documented in order to accelerate his success.

That is why we are going to read one book a day.

We want to get faster results.

Don’t try to read every book from start to finish, Tai doesn’t do it either.

Watch how he does it in this video:

CHALLENGE

  • Read a book a day for 7 days

ACTION!
List your 7 books and post a video telling us what you have learned from them.

Awesome. If you could only recommend one of these to someone what would it be and why?

Mindless eating. When I read it I thought it was a good read, although in the upcoming weeks I was noticing so many things in my environment the book was talking about, so can’t recommend it enough

My first book of the week “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle

So how was Eckhart?

He’s solid, I love his style. Lines like “you are consciousness reading yourself” blow your mind.

Great choice, was listening to this in Barcelona!

Thanks Julian. Have you read “A New Earth” by Eckhart?

“Power of Now” and “A New Earth” are both on my shelf, but haven’t read them yet. I feel like I need to be in a specific mood/mindset to read those books. What are your experiences? Can you read books about spirituality anytime?

My experiences is the perfect time is always now 🙂
Every time I re-read both of these books a different part speaks to me. They are more of a pick up and read many times, then a one hit wonder kind of thing.
If it feels right, do it.
