LIZARD WALK CHALLENGE ACTIVITY
When we uncover something new it is, as Ido says, a “beautiful moment”. And we do not need to be afraid of failure because “You can’t move in a wrong way…everything that this body can produce is right, is true.”
The lizard walk is one of Ido’s signature moves and is a great way to find out about yourself by moving in a new way. It is also a great workout and a lot of fun! You might not look exactly like Ido at first, but remember you cannot get it “wrong”.
And if you get out there and do it in public you will also break through a few more fears!
I do this stuff in the park myself. People do sometimes stop to look but always in a positive way. There is something about these kinds of primal movements that is fascinating.
