BURPEE CHALLENGE ACTIVITY
This challenge consists of doing as many burpees as possible in 60 seconds. You did 5? Nice. You did 250? I’m flying you out to the show!
Burpees develop strength, endurance, explosiveness and coordination because there’s so much going on. They’re inspired by our guest Joe De Sena, who hosts the infamous Spartan Races.
