But do you know what you are eating?
A lot of us believe our food is healthy, but we miss the additional ingredients that pollute our bodies — usually sugar-based preservatives and chemicals.
We flood ourselves with these strange ingredients whose short and long-term affects we have no idea about. But we know they are doing nothing good. Whereas the benefits of eating clean are clear.
One person who takes his diet very seriously is MMA trainer Mike Dolce.
Mike is known for training MMA fighters by actually living with them and eating everything they eat for weeks in preparation for a fight.
Now that is going ALL IN.
Mike’s diet plans get big results for his clients, and anyone can benefit massively from his straightforward philosophy:
“No pills, no powders, no potions.”
1) Cut out all supplements, powders, and other concoctions for 7 days (unless you are taking prescribed medicine, in which case consult your doctor first).
2) AVOID packaged foods with any ingredients you do not recognise.
As Mike says, if a 4 year old cannot identify the ingredient, throw it out.
